Post Miscarriage Cycles - Help!

Can anyone shed any light have any views on what is going on with my cycles?

I miscarried at 8 weeks in december - I miscarried naturally and ovulated 20 days afterwards. I was using OPKs after getting a negative HPT and they stayed positive for four days after ovulation (which was a bit weird). Luteal phase was 13 days so within normal range.

So onto cycle two I got a positive OPK on day 9 (which is a little early as I normally ovulate around 12-14 days) but I am still getting them now on day 28! I was using my CB Monitor as well but that never got anything more than a low which was even more weird as my OPK positives are glaring positives. FF thought I had ovulated on CD17 but my temperatures have been all over the place and it has removed my cross hairs altogether after moving them about a few times. My temperatures are now much lower than they normally are. My chart is here.

I had a transvaginal a scan on day 17 as a recurrent miscarriage assessment and she "thought" I might have just ovulated due to increased blood flow to the ovary area. There were no cysts and the lining was on 5mm (normally like to see 7mm for implantation).

I had an issue with my first cycle post miscarriage last June after an ERPC in that it took 67 days to ovulate but I thought this time it would be ok as I ovulated straight after my miscarriage. So in summary I am getting strong positive OPK's, twinging in my uterus similar to when I ovulate (also my nipples are quite sticky out which usually happens after ovulation) but my temps are really low. I am worried that my body is "broken" and we really want to try again....Hmm

Any thoughts?

Hi greenlizard
You might have more response on the miscarriage thread. It often takes a few months for things to settle after a MC. I would not think that this would be a permanent situation ? Sorry I can't be more specific.
