Hi all, firstly I must apologise as I have no clue what all the acronyms mean lol hopefully I will pick it up x

My story... Well we have had intercourse twice a day everyday during my fertile week including the day my calendar says I ovulated. I'm due on the 1st of feb and it says my ovulation date was the 16th. We did this from the 11th right through until the 18th x

The 17th and 18th I has the most intense cramping, actually took my breath away at one stage and serious headaches, I've also been a little snappy. All what I would associate with time of the month but it's way way to early. I've convinced myself it's implantation cramps but I
killing myself waiting and of course I can't test yet either :(

What do you think the chances are?

History - I have a 12 year old boy... Lost 2 and never been lucky enough again x

If you only ovulated on the 16th then it is extremely unlikely/impossible to be implantation cramps that you felt on the 17th/18th.

Implantation doesn't usually happen until 9 days after the egg is fertilised and I think the earliest it can happen is after 6 days.

Some women report they have pinching sensations/aches/cramps around the time of the ovulation and it is actually due to the egg being released so it may be this is what you were actually feeling.

Pregnancy symptoms (hot flushes, headaches, constantly weeing, sickness, or whatever a woman experiences) don't typically appear until a week after implantation when the hormones have built up enough to a level that starts to physically affect you. Some women however do report 'just knowing' they are pregnant from very early on.

Some women report getting positive pregnancy tests as early as 9 days post ovulation (so the 23rd January for you) but most try and hold out for longer and test nearer to or on the date of their expected period.

I'm sorry to hear about your previous losses and I really hope you get your BFP Thanks x x

That thought has also crossed my mind x I think I was hoping it could have been from perhaps the earlier days of trying and that the ovalution date on the tracker was out xx

Hopefully I will get there soon x thank you so much for your reply x

Update x

had cramping again yesterday and achey thighs like I would a couple of days before I would be due ... Still 8 days away though. So bloody moody too.. Seriously snappy so wouldn't be surprised if it was arriving early x other half is trying to keep my hopes up but it feels deep down like it hasn't gone our this month x

Really sorry for your 2 losses.

Agree mainly with writer.

It's just a waiting game I'm afraid. I would say that twice a day is probably quite excessive though as you want to give his swimmers chance to restock. 24 hrs is enough to restock.

Hope this is your month. Fingers crossed for you! :)
