For those who have jumped off the January bus. May need assistance for the wonderfully organised ladies who are so brilliant at keeping the stats up to date!

So to start the engine MrsF2510 ttc #1 cycle 2 BFP due 1st Feb x

i got confused by the koala plan?! I'm not sure if that involves cycling?! Blush

mama31 · 21/01/2014 15:56

Koala plan is spoon of manuka honey every day, orgasm after DH not before, cycle legs in the air after dtd for a few mins then lie with pillow under bottom for 30 mins! Lol yes I am actually doing this!!!

Cd13 here, pos opk still today so will carry on dtd all week if I can manage it! Kind of lightly crampy today so suspect ODAY is today! DH is delighted at the weeks plan of dtd ahead.....im tired already :/ but will carry on!!!! needs must!!! In the name of the old timers.....we must never give up!!!!! ;)

pebble82 · 21/01/2014 17:24

ooh well jel of your pos OPK mama31 ;) I'm on CD19 now and although a slightly darker line than others last night I'm sure it was still a negative. Temp is still low this morning. Grr.

This SMEP/Koala plan thing is pretty difficult when DP doesn't know - he'd rather "be laid back" about the whole ttc thing. All very well mister if you have NO IDEA about the fact you can't just dtd at anytime during the month and hope for the best. Tried to entice him into some action last night but he was having none of it - too tired apparently (we have dtd CD 11, 14, 16,17 ) Argh MEN! Just waiting for him to get home from work to try my seduction techniques out. After today I reckon one more go at CD21 (Thursday) and I give up for this month!

Fingers crossed for everyone. Only a few weeks until the bus departs :)

ImaginaryHat · 21/01/2014 17:33

Howdy folks, just hopping over from the Jan bus.

Af is raking her sweet time to get here. Been spotting since 9dpo, am 13dpo now and still not here properly. Just poa frer just to check (because I've officially lost it and can't control my poas habit!) and it's the most egatice of negative tests Ive ever seen so I'm obviously just being treated to a long drawn out introduction to af this month. Thanks b6 -you're officially ditched!

Koala plan is go go go!

Oh, stats:

ImaginaryHat, ttc#1, cycle bloody 9, bfp due approx 20 Feb.

Right, not read any of the thread yet so going to read back now. Hope all you early boarders are getting plenty of dtd done! Good luck everyone.

pebble82 No sex until he obliges to play by the rules. At the same time wear sexy clothes at home. He'll soon see what he misses out on. Apparently, according to some friends, that works... Grin

m33r · 21/01/2014 17:42

So lovely to be missed; thanks for saying. I haven"t been on buses so don"t know how everyone is doing but I hope as well as sazz! So random that my first visit to the buses for months and I get sazz"s bfp!

Thanks for the 18 months story pebble - I really appreciate it as it really helps me to stay upbeat!

So, I"'ve already mailed reflexology and am up for the koala plan - honey and cycling - but what"s with the gents first? Is there a reason?

Great to "talk" again; maybe it's time for me to rejoice the buses??

Sazz, did you digi or cb this morning?

pebble82 · 21/01/2014 17:43

haha, I'll give it a go. Although in this cold weather my "sexy clothes" might have to consist of slippers and a wooly jumper ;)

gennibugs · 21/01/2014 17:52

Mine takes the more relaxed approach of just DtD when we feel like it and seeing what happens too. I don't think we've DtD enough this month but hey go I guess sometimes life gets in the way Grin

On a different note do any of you use conceive plus or anything like that? It was on offer in our local chemist today and I bought some to use next month perhaps but not sure if it's worth bothering with.

gennibugs · 21/01/2014 17:55

Oh and I meant to say my work colleague got pregnant with her first after 19 months of trying and it was the first month she had tried reflexology. She's just got pregnant with her second and conceived the first month of trying! So I guess you just never know.

SnowBells · 21/01/2014 18:13

gennibugs

Maybe practice makes you perfect??? Wink

SnowBells · 21/01/2014 18:13

What would reflexology help with???

sazzlehopes · 21/01/2014 18:18

M33r I did a diggie this morning. It said it in nice big letters! Pregnant 2-3 weeks! I just hope it stays put. So many sad tales of mc on here, I don't think I realised how common it really was...

spinningirl10 · 21/01/2014 18:19

Snowbells if you google it you can read about it. Reflexology helps with all sorts if ailments and just general well being. It says it can be very good when trying to concieve and if you have fertility worries.

sazzlehopes · 21/01/2014 18:22

Snowbells reflexology is supposed to help much like acupuncture. Your feet are like a map of your body and the reflexologist uses pressure points on the feet to help with problems going on in your body. I think it's from the Egyptians. If you google it you'll find lots of info on it.

sazzlehopes · 21/01/2014 18:23

Spinning! SNAP!! X

gennibugs · 21/01/2014 18:29

I've had reflexology years ago and thought it was so relaxing. It was to help with headaches. It did seem to work so I would definitely consider it for later down the line if need be.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 21/01/2014 18:41

Thankyou mama31, I actually googled koala plan and I just got wildlife organisations! Grin Would it be greedy to have an orgasm before and after dh? Or have I got to be more patient? Wink Is manuka honey a health food shop thing of a tesco thing? Will give that a go in my low key ttc, so not bothered face! Wink

htbftm · 21/01/2014 18:46

Fab news Sazzle! Congrats! xx

SnowBells · 21/01/2014 19:28

Hmmm… if it does not work this month, I might try reflexology...

pebble82 · 21/01/2014 19:32

lol at Koala Plan wildlife organisations!

If it ends up working MrsKoala should really get a book deal - or at least trademark it!

SnowBells · 21/01/2014 19:35

Koala Plan wildlife organization… Grin

I have started the Manuka Honey… but don't want to completely alienate DH with the cycling!!!! Blush

pebble82 · 21/01/2014 19:37

Snowbells - use my trick and tell your DP/DH that you could murder a brew. He'll go off to the kitchen leaving you to cycle in peace ;)

mama31 · 21/01/2014 20:08

M33R yay!!!! Are you back with us???? Please say yes I've saved you a seat ;) well...re the koala plan....gents first is something to do with sucking up the spermies with the contractions from your O after his! I think! I read a few things on Dr google about it and it seems to make sense!

Imaginary I so know how you feel....i always have af dragging in from spotting 4 or 5 days prior...makes me so mad!!! I ditched the b6 ages ago...I don't find it helped!

Mrsextra hahahahaha!!!! Brilliant! Wildlife organisations!!! No the koala plan is of course a method from a lady on here....we only believe eachother we don't actually get our information from other sources!! haha!

mama31 · 21/01/2014 20:09

Which may I say is the best way as these methods on here are always tried and tested....and we usually do get to see the results!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 21/01/2014 20:39

Well clearly I should have just asked you all straight! BlushGrin instead of trying to be clever! But hey i will give anything a go even googling wildlife! Grin
