Just wondered if anyone else has one and if it has made any differece to your ttc or pregnancy generally. I remember being distruaght as a teenager because I just couldn't use tampons when I followed the instructions in the boxes, that's when my Mum told me what the problem could be!

I have one - only found out on a scan when I was pg with ds3 I think!!!

I've never had problems using tampons.

I conceived on the first attempt with all 3 children. Easy peasy pregnancies, natural 'easy' labours and births.

No problems whatsoever.

My midwife did say it can mean trouble ttc but clearly not for me since I was on my 3rd baby in as many years at the time it was discovered

I have one and never had a proble with tampons or checking my cervical position. I have had 5 miscarriages but that could be due to me having pcos. Just had my 3rd baby and had normal, fast deliveries with all 3.

I have been told in the past I had one, more than once, so drank extra water for my scan to help the sonographer see better. She then told me it wasn't retroverted which seemed odd but I know it can change in pregnancy. She also said that age can make it change too. Strange!

MrsmcJ. I knew that it can move in preg. Something to do with the weight of the baby etc making everything tilt forward. So not toooo worried bout birth - esp seeign as so mny of you are reporting fast labours! I wonder if it is related?

Well that would certainly be a positive wouldn?t it? I?m clutching at straws here but do any of you think that it is significant that my sonographer told me I didn?t have a retroverted uterus (when I?ve been told 4 or 5 times in the past by Drs etc that I have) and then had problems finding the yolk and the heartbeat at my scan?
