Choccy, so pleased you have an early scan booked and they are looking after you. FX for all the faint line testers today and tomorrow.
I'm in the 2ww wait now, I reckon between 4-6dpo, conflicting peaks with my cbfm and the ic ov strips....not sure what to believe.
I am always pretty regular with AF so I'm holding off until 23rd/24th to test. I hate a neg test so much I'd rather wait. I'm going away for the weekend on fri 24th so if no Af will test that morning so I know whether I can crack open the vino or not!

Congrats to all those with BFPs! Amazing news!

If my cycle is 31/32 days then I've just come into my fertile window. I had cramps on the 7th on my right side but last night I was kept awake with ferocious cramps on my left side. This is following a similar pattern to last month and I think I ovulated on CD18 so I'm expecting the same this month. Unless...my cycle is less this month, in which case maybe I ovulated last night? I wish I knew my body better! It's still only my second month off the pill so I'm sure I'll figure out whats going on soon.

I'm rather excited by it all though.

I am out too. AF has shown up five days early, which never happens to me. Had convinced myself it was IB and now gutted. Going to drink a bottle glass or two of red wine tonight and then start thinking about next month I guess..

Though to add to it all, cousin who got married two months after me has just announced she's due in July - honeymoon baby. I'm obviously pleased for her but it's definitely outweighed by the envy!

Managed to get an appointment for a blood.test today so should know by the end of the week. Should be fun trying to get follow up as no idea what days I'm in college yet.

Ginger glad you have a blood test booked and you may get a clearer answer in a few days. FX for you it is good news. Keep us all posted....

choccy is your scan private or with the hospital EPU?
i was just looking at getting one done privately, they say from 7 weeks, another 2.5 weeks for me to wait. i doubt the EPU will see me as i just want reassurance that all is ok, my cramping has stopped so now i have no symptoms which is freaking me out.

Well, our weekend of painting the lounge resulted in NO painting (and no paint on our noses) as it was all about the 'preparation' I was put on sanding duty and then we attacked a bugger of a wall with scrapers, took FOREVER. I now have an incredibly achy right arm. Goodness knows when we'll get round to painting it now as busy few weekends ahead, just got to sit in it looking like it is. The 'no paper, gluey, holey wall look' is in I've heard

My 'new year' plan is going surprisingly well so far, moved house last week, most boxes now unpacked and the place is starting to look like home. I had an interview for a new teaching job today, and was delighted to be offered the job shortly afterwards. It felt like a bit of a grilling, so I was rather surprised! Ironically, it is a maternity cover post (which I want timewise as we are only in this part of the country for a year, so a temp mat cover post makes a lot of sense), and I am desperately hoping this month will bring us a bfp (testing tomorrow, although probably too early), which would mean going off on maternity whilst covering someone else's mat leave. Not ideal timing in that case, but given you never know how long these things take, I guess we need to carry on ttc and not worry about the job aspect! So hopefully the next part of the new year plan will work, new sticky bfp!

Rockin- I got an early scan for reassurance by the epu. I had to push for it though. I was 7+2 when I got it done. This was with ds. My boys gotten so big :(

Rockin I booked one direct with the epu due to my previous months and they said that was fine. Tbf, they probably still have me on their system from when I booked it 2 months ago and cancelled due to chem.
So far so good, just praying I get to 2 weeks today.

I think private ones are around £60-100.

They sent me for an early one with ds due to a bleed. I'm not condoning anything here, but could you say you were having, ahem, problems perhaps??

Can i join ladies, i ovulated 2 days ago so im on the 2ww now, this month i ovulated early day 14 when usually i ovulate day 19 so a big difference, me and the hubby have used activ balance conceive gel; anyone had any luck with this? Really really hoping for a bfp this month weve tryed everything!!
