Wanna chat and compare notes?!

I'm convinced I don't. Have only been TTC#2 for 6 months now so I know it's not the longest of attempts, but DD1 will be 5 next year and I'm keen to get things moving.

Anyway, my cycles aren't the most regular in the world...they vary month to month, shortest being 25 days, longest being 31.

I get ZERO ovulations symptoms...no sore boobs, no EWCM, no cramps, nada.

Have been using OPKs and haven't seen an LH surge once Sad

It's not looking good, is it?

I suppose my next step is temping?

Excuse the horrendous typos, my work keyboard needs a bit of a spring clean.

yes do body temp for a couple of months (plotting on a graph may seem a bit geeky but it makes it easier to see if there is a pattern).
how old are you? if you think you can persuade your gp you could try and have a blood test (i think you are supposed to have it on day 21) to see if you have ovulated. pretend you've been ttc for longer than you have.
hope it works out xx

I would seek medical advice sooner rather than later and have blood tests done. This will give you an accurate picture of what your hormone levels are like.

I found the normal opks didn't pick up my surge of Lh so used more sensitive ones successfully.
I would temp and if no sign of O after a couple of months see the GP. I doubt they'd so anything yet in your situation if you went now...

the GP might do blood tests. I went at 6 months TTC (have a one year old, conceived first cycle, was still bfing her) and they did bloods straight away at day 3 and day 21, also did a scan within a couple of weeks too.although I am 35 so maybe that made a difference. good luck.

I would say you have been ttc for a year, it sounds like you have things that would flash up for gp anyway like irregular cycle, no positives on opks etc. so I would just give the full set and say you've been trying for a year...naughty I know! Shock Good luck!! Smile
