Haha Bex, you sound like me! But I'm only just getting slight BFPs at CD40! I know I have a BFP because it's showing on different brands now but so faint it's still a bit squinty.

Lucy - I know how that feels - ALL my nephews and neices (5 of them), plus my sister, 2 brothers-in-law and nan-in-law have December birthdays, nightmare!!

LH holy crap I'm only CD20, think I would be in a straight jacket at your point so hats off to you for staying calm ish and I guess waiting as long as this for your bfp makes if extra special. Congrats lovely lady xxx

Bex I've been alternately resigned to the fact I'm not pregnant, and absolutely convinced I am pregnant in equal measures!!

Had cramps (more than usual, and earlier than usual), which made me think AF was coming. But no sore boobs, and normally they are huge before AF and very tender. Right now, they are normal size and not hurting at all.

Headaches (mild) - but again, could be a symptom of both pregnancy and AF.

Nausea. Had me convinced (especially when my mum frying off chicken thighs nearly made me puke). But then again, had a nasty flu-ey bug which might explain it. Still feeling slightly nauseous.

But what had me more convinced (other than AF being late) was that I have been so hot. Everyone else has been complaining of the cold and I'm there peeling off layers!! And finally (TMI alert), I've had an abundance of CM which is unusual for me. Loads of it and it's creamy and snot-like. Charming!

Fingers crossed for you - hope you can resist the temptation to poas for a few more days!! xx

Well I've had my hair put up and I had a glass of fizz while it was being done no sign of af, fx she stays away till morning now!!

LH....lots of symptoms going on for you, have you told your dh or are you waiting to give him a pee soaked stick on Christmas Day?

LH your symptoms sounds just like mine! Which makes me feel better :) early cramping and boobs not hurting at all. Had a massive stress yesterday and during the night because I was so hot as well?! I live in hope! Only 9 DPO at the moment though...

Well today has been most odd - this afternoon i felt terribly dizzy/light headed and nauseous in the afternoon. I am about 10dpo and never feel like that. But it could be that i just ate cake for lunch and nothing else but really hoping it's a symptom of course!

Sorry, i guess you already have with symptoms etc so thank you! But maybe dtd days and ov date if you know..for some reason i always love hearing that!!!

Spinning i don't think so, even with your encouragement because it's only a rough guess at 10 - it could be 8 or 9 going by my cbfm. 10 is going by the mega twinge i had 2 days before my monitor showed my peak. I am defo 5 days away from af and that is normally where i am regular so although a frer would say it would show i'm too scared to do it yet. Will hold on, symptom spot like a crazy cat lady and poas xmas eve!
Have a great night out though - enjoy the champers and wearing a fancy frock and fx for you you get a bfp tomorrow with a hangover!

Sazzle - argh this month was the first month I didn't write down our dtd dates. And I've no idea when I ovulated as never charted/temped etc. I'm incredibly useless there aren't I?!

I do think I ovulate late seeing that I'm now on CD40 and only JUST getting lines. And I know we dtd quite a bit from cd7-cd20 ish (prob every day to every other day initially, going on to every couple of days after that).
TBH, we've just carried on that way through this month so don't know which was the magic 'one'. I'm lucky that my DH has quite an...er...appetite in that department.

ok girls.... now i have my head round things a bit more my deets are:
DTD: CD4, 6, 8, 10, 12,13,15,16,17 & 18.
OV: EITHER CD16 - according to cb opks OR CD18 according to FF.
Spotting/Implantation: 9/10DPO
Bfp 11 DPO, CD 29

No LH too early for me at the moment, don't want the disappointment! I'm with Sazzle and I'm aiming for Xmas eve if I don't get caught out before then.

English that is some serious dtd! I could never keep that up, I am impressed!

ok so still feeling nauseous even though I've now eaten a normal dinner but convinced its a phantom symptom as i never felt one smidge of sickness with ds....

Congrats to all the bfps since my last visit.

you ladies are bad for my self control. Poas earlier even though I am only 7dpo (bfn of course).

AF is due 27th, but tempted to poas Christmas morning (if only so that I can drown myself in Baileys).

heading back to the uk Monday and staying in hotel, so must remember to pack the hpts!

missv AF started on 11th November! If I type into the NHS site where it let's me adjust for cycle length then it gives me the 28th August.

I have no idea what's going on with me and the hpts. My mum didn't get a + with any of us (even blood tests), but I've not had a problem the last two pregnancies showing up.

Definitely Sazzle, not sure when I'll actually fit it in though. Got to get dp to hospital for 7am. Do I pee in a cup and save it for later (could be many hours) as instructions say to use fmu and bring to room temp? Or does room temp only apply if the sample has been chilled?

Also forgot to congratulate LH earlier on the fab bfp!
