missv...i will log onto ipad and have a peek in a min :)

spinning....Im telling myself that too but its probably that I need to floss Wink lol

spinningirl10 · 05/12/2013 09:25

MissV....I cant see your pics, have you made your profile public?

akachan · 05/12/2013 09:46

Morning all.

I think a faint line sounds pretty exciting Barmy! Definitely not out the game anyway.

I guess I am now in the 2WW - my first. I feel really strange - am I meant to behave as though I am pregnant? I had a glass of wine last night at the theatre then about half way through felt as though I shouldn't. But then if it takes a long time I can't put my life on hold.

What do you ladies do?

Missvaughan85 · 05/12/2013 09:49

Spinning can you see now?? I can see a line at all on phone as picture looks crap!! I'm freaking out just incase my eyes are messing with my head!!

BexBoo12 · 05/12/2013 09:55

Thanks everyone!

Mamma bear, I wasn't sure my oh would either but we both wanted to get married, but neither of us want any fuss and we just don't have the money at the moment to have the amazing wedding, so this seemed like a perfect solution x

Woodwaj, honestly, I know exactly how you feel re money! We had a lovely cushion, in case my oh ever are out of work, or for baby stuff, or even to live off if I decided to take a bit longer of work with mat leave but it's all gone. Our house was practically derelict and we spent almost 50k on it eeeeeeeek but it is beautiful now and I wouldn't change it so for me, it was worth it. It's my childhood home too so I'm back where I grew up, where I belong. I really hope your spotting buggers off soon x

Barmy, crazy...that's one word to describe it! There won't be too much to plan and arrange though, very simple ceremony with no fuss...but of course still a fabulous dress :-) x ps, do another test!! X

Imaginary...it's nice to see you back on here, but not so great news I'm reading, I hope you get some answers on Friday my lovely, good luck xx

Spinning girl, so do I! Should find out today at some point x

Lucy, it is exciting but very crazy don't you think?! Ha ha. Also, re symptoms, all my spotting/bleeding has gone now, completely after only 3 days in total, that's including the spotting. My gums are constantly bleeding, my boobs are popping out my bra, and I have constant hiccups. Again, I'm reading these as symptoms but they will just be bloody side effects from the pill!! X

MissV I can't see your pics? Is your profile public? Holding my breath here!! partly because of hiccups but mainly in anticipation for a possible bfp!

Hopemummi · 05/12/2013 09:56

Hi all, can I hop on! Ttc 1st. Been ttc for 10 months! Just turned 30 too so panic has set in! Shock Af due this weekend. Have been using opk kit- will be 2nd month & frightened ourselves to death with male fertility checker- waste of £££. Fingers X for Decembers!!!!

BexBoo12 · 05/12/2013 09:57

Akachan...I worried about that too. Go about your life as you normally would, this could be a short term thing if you're lucky, but potentially you could be in this for the long haul and you can't put your life on hold xx

spinningirl10 · 05/12/2013 10:00

Welcome hopemummi fx you get your bfp soon :)

MissV I had a lok and tbh I can't see it, but the pic is so small!!
They say a line is a line so it's looking good for you!!! Do you have another brand of test you could try? Keeping everything crossed for you :)

BexBoo12 · 05/12/2013 10:01

Oh Missvaughn...I can't see the photo very well on my phone!! It's all blurred and pixelated!! Will pop over on to the lap top give me a few mins...x

BexBoo12 · 05/12/2013 10:02

Hello hopemummi...welcome!! Everyone is so friendly here so grab a seat, a hot chocolate and join in with the festive fun. Fx this is your month x

BexBoo12 · 05/12/2013 10:03

Ps, Barmy have you uploaded a picture? Let's have a look...SmileGrin

PinkHat1 · 05/12/2013 10:36

What a great idea Bexboo12 and how exciting to elope! What a great story to tell your future children! I'm such a sucker for romance Smile

Welcome hopemummi what are male fertility checkers? Never heard of those.

barmy very excited for you..post a pic?!

Hopemummi · 05/12/2013 10:45

Hi spinning girl n bex- thank you for making me welcome!

Male fertility checkers aka £30 and a half hour embarrassing wait! Guys get more fun than us peeing on sticks that's for sure Grin it's a kit from Boots, supposedly tests male sperm count - sample in a pot- mix with solution they provide n drop 6 (no more no less) onto the test. Didn't work for us and reviews on amazon say don't bother. Made us giggle though!

barmybunting · 05/12/2013 10:48

Thanks! It was a superdrug one littleowlie. Not sure how reliable they are? The FRER is waiting but not sure when it's worth trying.

laravh · 05/12/2013 10:51

Hopemumi... We used the male fertility checker too, it worked for us (at least I hope it's correct) but you're right it's very easy to get it wrong in which case it's a massive waste of money!
Fx you get your BFP soon x

LittleOwlie · 05/12/2013 10:52

Barmy, I'm not too sure how accurate they are either...but I'm hopeful the faint line gets stronger for you! How exciting! Grin

PinkHat1 · 05/12/2013 10:53

Oh it's THAT kind of kit! Grin wonder if those tests available from your GP too or only fertility clinics?

spinningirl10 · 05/12/2013 10:54

Barmy....I got a bfp on a frer without fmu, not that I'm trying to get you to poasGrin

Butler4 · 05/12/2013 11:04

Can I jump on board too? I turned 30 yesterday have been ttc number 1 for a year now. Husband works away two weeks at a time which makes dtd at ovulation time very difficult. One day I may get a bfp, but feel like its never going to happen the now!

BexBoo12 · 05/12/2013 11:08

Welcome butler!! Grin

BexBoo12 · 05/12/2013 11:09

Barmy...poas poas poas POAS!!! Pretty please?! Xx

BexBoo12 · 05/12/2013 11:10

Pinkhat, it does feel very romantic somehow SmileWinkxx

LittleOwlie · 05/12/2013 11:15

Are we all terrible for POASing!! If it's not us doing it, we want everyone around us to. So funny!! Wink

But I totally agree...excited for Barmy and MissV!

lucyfluff · 05/12/2013 11:28

That's because we are addicts LO ;)

Missv....I just checked picture and can't see sorry....it's blurring when I zoom too :( are you going to do another tmrw?

Missvaughan85 · 05/12/2013 11:40
