Paracetamol it is, I've not got any fruit and nut but I do have 4 pack of 4 boosts in the fridge if that counts (they were on offer in Sainsbury's if anyone is interested, most of their chocolate bars were 4 for £1!!)

Don't give up LH - when I first tested with a CB I was 11dpo and had decided to pay out for one because they claim to be able to detect pregnancy 4 days before AF is due. It came back as a negative and I was gutted. However, 2 days later I was getting BFPs cropping up on all kinds of I.C and Own Brands

I only got my CB BFP the day my period was actually due.

LH af was due last Thursday, did a normal clear blue, thought I saw something, hubby bought two digi's Friday, did one that night and nothing, line didn't get stronger until yesterday and got 1-2 weeks on a digi. So don't worry it's still early. My lines have got stronger since Thursday. I'm still testing, only as I can't believe its real and two. If the line fades perhaps something's wrong. I am truly a poas addict!!! X x x

Well I did a FRER and another IC this morning and they were realllly faint. The IC was even fainter than yday...is that even possible? Think I am 11dpo, and have some brown CM (TMI) only when I wipe. Do u think I'm out? Would there be any point testing tomorrow or should I just wait it out and see if AF turns up?

Hi everyone...so sorry I've been so busy at work today that I haven't had chance to pop on...what an eventful day! Yesterday was eventful too!! Look at all those BFP's!! Im so so pleased for you!! What a perfect Christmas present!! Thank you to those sharing the deets :-) I'm a bit weird, I sit and obsess over the details of others' BFP's, wondering what I can do the same next month!! Even calculating the same days to DTD! Sad or what x

I'm not sure if anyone noticed my post either yesterday or day before - Im sorry if you just didnt know the answer hence no reply, orwhether it may have just got lost in all the amazing posts with BFP's so hope you dont mind me asking again...

If I get a positive opk, will I definitely ovulate following that result? I'dalways assumed that following a positive opk, it was a given that I would ovulate somewhere in the next 2 days or so, but after reading something online, it seems to suggest that you may not ovulate, even with a positive reading? I'm sure this is wrong, because then, what would be the bloody point in using opks? I know some laies dont ovulate every month, so I always guessed they just would not have had a positive reading that month...am I wrong? Please correct me ladies :-)

Sorry for long post, and some of it is very self-centred - I'm sorry for that I'm just confused :-/ then I promise I will get back to the positive BFP congrats posts...I'm so excited for you all!! xxx

Choccy that's amazing!!! Is it a line?? Can you see it!! A lines a line :) and bex, after talking to doctor he said no a positive opk does not mean you ovulate it just means you have realised the hormones that people do before they ovulate, may still not release an egg. (However most people do and best to be positive :) )

Thanks baby but I thought u could only get a BFP after implantation rather than before? Might just be a random bit of old blood, has stopped now but after the even fainter test this morning, I'm wondering whether it's worth PingOAS in the morning or just waiting to see if AF arrives? I know there's no right answer to this, just need someone to help me decide!

Bex the OPK tests for the LH surge so don't guarantee u ov the next few days, just that you have had a surge, don't know for sure but think this means your body could gear up to OV, then not, but gear up again days/weeks later.

Feeling...really?? I am totally going wth the positive thinking...but it does make you wonder, what the hell is the point if it's not certain?! Certain as in yes you will ovulate I mean? I know that no test is guaranteed like that I suppose...but still?! That's shocked me a bit to be honest. But I'm going with the 'I'm deffo going to ovulate in the next day or so' haha xx

Bex....I'm not sure but I think if you have a positive test then yes you ov in the next 36 hours. I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be along soon to help

Didyeaye, when where/are you due af? How faint have the tests been?? Do you have to squint or is line clearly there? I would do another test tomorrow and if line is still there but still getting fainter (or gone) maybe ask doc to do your bloods they should do them as they did for a friend when she unfortunately had a chemical pregnancy. That's not to worry you as there was obviously avoid chance it wasn't as that's why they did the bloods!!
