I thought i'd hopped on here already but must not have done as I'm not on the list. I neeeeed some words of wisdom/realism! Posted this on another thread too but no one has replied :(

Wasn't really ttc in Nov, only dtd once last month and that was the day before my af on 3rd Nov (hence why i'm doubting i could be pg at all). I'm usually 28/29 day cycle and i'm still waiting... I also had tiny bit of spotting on 20th nov. I tested twice (once before I was late and again when I was a couple of days late) both bfn. Is it poss that i could wait it out and get a bfp or unlikely??

Not had any af symptoms either. So confuuuused. Anyone got any thoughts? It's driving me mad!

Are you sure they wont see if your pregnant? I thought they would have. Just tell em youve been trying and think the pain could be pregnancy so they take a look for you ;) there you go a big free preggers test for you! Lol

Hibou have you recently come off contracetive pill or anything? It could be that thats delaying your af...

I came off in july, but even still all AFs since coming off had been regular. Is it possible that they could've unsettled after being 'normal' for the last few months??

LOL babyspice!! I will say we have been trying but it would be so early wouldnt it. The earliest scan Ive ever had was 6wks. To be honest I just want everything to look normal down there

Hibou could it be you ov'ed later so bfp not due yet??

I have been testing with opks and got a positive on 10th nov.. So a week after af started. Before this I was testing around 14 days after af but only getting negatives and someone on mn suggested maybe i ov earlier and it seems that way (for nov at least!)

Wish this was more straight forward!

Oh yeah lucyfluff thinking about it, it may be too early to see a pregnancy through the scan. Glad I made you laugh though ;) still keeping my fx for your health though. Xxx

Hibou maybe you are pg and tests just not showing it yet if you ovulated on those days. Either that or af is late? I really dont know lovely. Maybe book to see the docter?

Thanks ladies, i feel silly asking because i know no one will really have an answer but good to just vent or see if other's have been in similar situation. Hmmm i will wait another week and hopefully I'll either have an af or a bfp! But i'll know then either way at least :)

Science why r u nervous? I thought you had a bfp? Are you taking a digi just to make sure?

Hello ladies, congrats on all the BFPs and enjoying following all the stories about weddings etc.

Still on 2ww and have had a BFN with DS2 when I tested 3 says early due to root canal, and then found out I was pg just after, so I'm not an early test success girl. So keep holding out hope you late-y girls :-)

Would usually wait until 3 days late to test but dh's Christmas party is that night, so may test on the day. If af is on her way I would start spotting on the Thursday, so not long to go.

Have a good eve, took both ds's to see Disney's Frozen and they loved it, I cried at story, lovely songs etc. What I really loved was that this was about 2 feisty females for a change

I did get a BFP this morning but guess I keep wondering if it's a dodgy batch etc and just want to see it in words and I'll believe it a bit more. Silly I know

Science I feel the same way, might bring out the digi in the morning. I've got this dull ache and full feeling low down, can't remember my first pregnancy so feeling a little overwhelmed at the minute x x

Didyeaye - thank you, that makes sense. I'm really hoping it isn't that, but I think it must be in all honesty or I have miscalculated ov. Who knows at this stage! Time will tell I guess.

This will be my 5th pregnancy, have had 3 miscarriages and then my son was still born Sept 29th. Have the go ahead from consultant to try again, so fingers crossed this will have a happier ending.

I am so terribly sorry to hear about your previous miscarriages and the loss of your precious little boy.

Bex I started using the cheap ic ov tests on about day 6 as I wasn't sure when I ov'd and I got a strong line on cd8 so I did a cb and got a smiley face!! I was surprised it was so early.....looks like I'm in for a short cycle this month!! I will probably carry on testing this week with the cheap tests just to be sure

Every time we have tried before we get our BFP on our first cycle. Have had no problem getting pregnant just staying pregnant.

Currently on cd10 and POAS but no smiley face yet. But will be attempting to dtd every day for the next week or so. DH had better make the most of it as there will be no dtd post BFP for us.

I have a bfp with a poundworld test. Will test with a clearblue some time this week to be sure, but am cautiously optimistic!

Ooh lots to catch up on. Just seen your BFP, Bronya...congratulations!!

I've had a lucky day! Managed to get a CBFM on Freecycle! DP was just about to pay for a one online, as I found out. Bought some sticks for it too so all ready to go for the next cycle. AF hasn't appeared yet, and this bus is so lovely I'll hang about a bit for some more lovely BFPs before jumping over to the Jan one.
