Flymo do you have a fire??? If not get some candles, put a nice blanket (or duvet....but really think it is time to purchase a fluffy blanket) and buy yourself a large bottle of something very alcoholic and festive!! Light lots of candles, snuggle in your blanket and glug away at your festive drink tonight and I guarantee you will smile ;)

You must recreate mama's house whatever way you can!!!!

Congratulations to Justhayley and Fly and I am sorry to other bfn ladies, but at least I'll have some company for the December fun!

POAS and got a bfn this morning. I am only 9dpo, and AF not due until Weds next week, so there is still some hope this cycle.

I have experienced some spotting (on weds) and a tiny bit of brown stuff (tmi, sorry) yesterday, plus AF type backache and tummy ache on those days. But not AF as I know her YET. I intend to remain quietly hopeful and will await her arrival next week, or test again on Friday.

In the mean time, I am going out for drinks after work tonight, so I can indulge guilt free for now.

Flymo, sorry af is on its way, it's really hard waiting when you want something so much! Fx your next cycle is better and definitely ask your doc about your cycle for now help yourself to as much mulled wine as necessary!

Hayley, I had a mc at the end of last month. Tbh I had no idea how devastating it is, I have 2 children but they're older, as am I!!!! I really didn't realise how common mc is and it just seems so terribly cruel.....but i do realise they often happen because there are problems with the bean and as hard as it was it must be so much harder later on! But I've read lots of positive stories since and really hoping we can have a sticky bean soon!

Well after a really awful morning I am now on a train to meet my friends for the weekend I shall be deffo having a large glass of wine later!!!

I'm not up to wine tonight (I'm def sick) but DH said he would bring hot choc, mallows and cream on his way back from work to make my fave hot choc when he gets home :)

MC sucks. Not happened to me, but a good number of my friends and colleagues. The 'taboo' surounding it all makes it so much harder. I am very pleased to hear when ladies get back on the waggon and keep trying.

IRL I don't know anyone that's had a mc but as you say it's does seem a taboo subject which is totally wrong!

Af not due til Monday at least...telling myself there's still hope especially as twice I've thought I've seen something and my twix tasted yuck the other day. Great sara....i would only want a digi though whenever I get a strong line on other tests as they are not as sensitive x

Logic tells me wait til Monday as my ds is only 5 months next week so my ovulation might not be following textbook and sometimes bfps don't happen til like 15dpo at the earliest... I know my natural hcg level is less than 2 but I have a lot of internet cheapies....I just want to know! I might cave before than though lol
