gilly I'm using the CB ones. Usually start at day 10,...then get smiley face sometime between day 15 and 18. It says on the packaging to use them slightly later in the day, but I use them first thing. (I go to work at 7am and there's nowhere "private" to wee on sticks and then wait for ages where I work.) I also don't want to go without going to the loo after work. I've got a commute of nearly an hour and don't want to get stuck in traffic, just to wet myself in public.
It's worked fine so far, and I've had at least one smiley every month (usually two days of smileys in a row).

I was due today but nothing so far - no af or BFP so still waiting and no wine just in case :(
I'm pretty sure she's on the way cos I've had some cramps too. It's only the first month though so I'm trying and failing to avoid getting too obsessed.

Aw are you getting married thatsso? Me to! August for me, had a dress fitting yesterday. TTC and wedding planning is an unusual combination but hopefully not too crazy! How long do you have til wedding?

Anyone have any thoughts on Internet hpt's? I'm late and really nauseous with no BFP so is it likely a cb would be more accurate give me the answer I want than a cheap Internet one or am I just clutching at straws?
I only have 2 cb tests (for best) so don't want to waste them on being obsessive but haven't used these cheap tests before so don't know if they are reliable.

Just do one of the cbs tomorrow morning! Then you'll still have one left, but hopefully it's a BFP and you won't need the other one :)

I may have misunderstood. Do you have some internet tests? Or were you thinking of buying them?

I've never used them, but I got my BFP this month with a Home Bargains 3 for £1 test. I'm sure they're probably the same. Then I used a digital test to confirm.

dulcet I'm getting married in August, too. Dress fitting will be in a few weeks. We've been trying for ages, so I don't really plan things around ttc.

fairy no real sign of AF here, either. Got a BFN today (on a 'proper' test) and not even the hint of a line. Will try again in a few days time, if AF doesn't turn up in the meantime. So hoping she doesn't, but I was late last month as well.

Dowk I only have 11 or sometimes 12 day luteal phase too and also some spotting that usually starts 9 or 10dpo. Yes, it concerns me. Waiting for af tomorrow or Tuesday and today is 10 or 11 dpo. Had spotting for 2 days already. This is month6 of ttc. If no bfp by next cycle I'm going to gp. 31 now TTC #1 after finishing pill in Nov. I'm worried that 14 years of pill has suppressed my progesterone levels and I have no chance of conception if my uterus lining is breaking down before a little egg even gets there

I'm pleased to meet someone else doing the same thatsso. Obviously not something I can tell others. We were trying for about 8 months last year but had a pause so not to drop on around the big day. Back on it now!

Not sure who said what as on phone but I think 12 day LP is within the amount they say is 'normal', just. Mine was about that when I was tracking. Not that it helped...

Haha ladies I want to POAS but don't REALLY see the point...! I've been charting my bbt all month at exactly the same time every day and I've had either very late/no ovulation... My temps are still really low and so I really don't think it's a BFP for me and don't want the disappointment of seeing a negative! Just trying to forget about April altogether!

I dunno... If AF still hasn't arrived by the weekend then I will test but I reckon I'm just having a stupid long weird cycle.

Only came off the pill end of dec/beginning of jan and my cycles have been a bit wonky since!

Blaaaahhhh! I'm still full of rage though! DH put some dettol wipes down the toilet earlier and blocked it.... I went totally mental Hahahaha x

Hi everyone just popping on to see how things are looking on the last day of April! Congrats to all the BFPs - 17 wow!!

Who's going to poas for the last day of April? gilly after all your sterling work with the lists I think you should give it a go (and rage has definitely been a pg symptom for me in the past) if only to end the suspense!

Afm, 7+4 now so counting down the days till my 12 week scan -fx!!

Hi zeux! Glad you're doing well
I'm off work today... Might pop out and do some shopping this afternoon and might buy a test... Maybe.
Thing that's stopping me is my bbt.... If I wasn't charting I would be excited and testing because I'm now a week late!! However... I AM charting and my bbt has been erratic this month... I'm struggling to even detect ovulation (whereas last month i had a very clear temp shift) so... I'm sure I can't be pregnant!
Might just test anyway...!
