Can I have some help please? Day 21 test showed I didn't ovulate

Ok got my results today. Everything normal apart from progesterone which indicated I didn't ovulate. Thyroid fine. All the other hormones fine. I normally get what I believe is ovulation pain and I must admit I didn't last month so I'm hoping its just an abnormal month for me. Obviously she wants me to repeat the day 21 tests this month and next month to check.
If it happens that I'm not ovulating then what could it be? She doesn't suspect pcos as the other hormones were fine and I don't have any symptoms of that anyway.
Dh gotta give a sample next but might take a couple of months for appointment to come through. So bit in limbo at the mo for a bit now. Still dtd. Trying to keep calm and keep shagging Smile feeling a bit blue though.

[Grin] Not yet. Thought I'd wait til I'm due on before doing anything. Cramps are on and off but spotting very very slight. My back is really hurting though. I hope it's normal. Just hope its a sticky bean.
Weird thing is a few days after ovulation ds said to me 'mummy got baby in her tummy' Confused think ill hire him out as a psychic and make my fortune Grin

Thanks ninja - I am feeling a bit better since this morning - AF is very strange - very light and only a bit of brown blood when I wipe. I still have backache but no other symtoms of AF that I normally get (stomach cramp, headache, rubbish skin) so not sure what is going on???

I don't want to get your hopes up but that's what I had sun and mon. Except I had what felt like period pain too. coulda done without that literally just light brown blood when I wiped. Never got heavier and didn't get any on the pad at all. It's gone completely now. Really hope it stays that way for you too. When are you due on? Do you normally get spotting beforehand?

I am not 100% sure when I would be due on as my cycles are so irregular and this is the frist since the miscarraige however they are generally around 45 days and since I got a postive OPK on 15th March I estimated that I might be due on at the weekend (that would be day 44). I dont normally have spotting before my period - what normally happens is a few days before I am a horrible hormonal mess (snappy etc) and I have lower tummy ache and then AF shows up bright red and heavy from the get go with really bad pains (I take mefenamic acid from the Drs just so I can function and go to work etc). I thought it might be a slightly different AF this time but this is the complete opposite to normal x

Hi Ninja - I am not pregnant - AF arrived with a bang today!

I am trying to remain postive - I ovulated this month which is great news and my cycles seem to have evened out at 38-43 days so even though they are long at least they are regular (ish).

Hope you are doing okay and your little bean is a sticky one!! xx

Aw shoot! At least you know you ovulated and fingers crossed next month is your month. I had some slight spotting and very mild period type pain today which panicked me a bit but seems to have gone now. Think it can happen and its if it gets heavy or really painful that you need to worry. So fingers crossed it is a sticky bean. Keep in touch, maybe pm would be easier? Xx
