Pack those reindeer sleeping bags, huskies and skis - we're off to the Antarctic to look for our BFPs. Unlike Scott, we'll eat the poniez if necessary (topical joke). Let's huddle together through the Antarctic night and we'll try not to kidnap one of the emperor penguin toddlers for our very own. Bring on blizzards, pack ice, shipwreck, attacking leopard seals, voyages across the Southern Ocean in rowing boats and hazardous traverses of South Georgia in search of rescue - just like the Shackleton expedition, NO BESH WILL BE LEFT BEHIND.

Called the clinic, IUI cycle is canceled (I am running a HIGH temp). Miz now, even if it is more sensible. No 2013 baybee for us then, and no diffage pre due date. Clearly ill if that is enough to make me weep.

drizz, I would be in pieces. We totally hook our recovery on things like that - like a 2013 baybee or a pre-due date bfp - and it reawakens all the miz when that turns out to have been false hope. And you're proper poorly, so I'm not surprised it's all too much to cope with for once.

Thanks for making me feel like a not-complete-moron. I explained to SB I wanted to be diffed pre due date, which is why I was weepy and he suggested I might get diffed sometime in the next five years... Clearly, he does expectation management the other way. Really hope you embarryo sticks norf and you won't have to go through this again...

Cost wise it is definitely sensible, since I only used up one gonal-pen. I was about to open the next tonight, which is why I called, really. SB thinks my hard-boiled eggs won't do much, but he's happy to proved them with swimmers if I feel a little better come o-day.

(This time they gave me little gonal-f pens with ony 300 units in it, I have enough for a whole IUI cycle in the fridge, as well as some spare menopurs, I am such a druggie).

You know it's sensible really. Drug-induced feeling of wellness isn't the same as actual wellness. Though I would also be stomping around and taking it out on AMNH like nobody's business.

With some people it ended up with a bfp. With others it ended up with a bfn. I really don't know why I carried on googling.

urgh, I've had some truly horrendous periods before now, curled up on the bathroom floor crying and puking with the pain, you have my uttmost sympathy. Even MATV seems to get how much pain I'm in and makes me nice things although he does tell me to MTFU quite a lot :)

It's easing off now, but no I don't have anything stronger in the house. I will however now be able to clamp my wheat bag to my stomach for the rest of the evening.
