I hope so. I think I may have ovulated later than I thought, if you ovulate late does that mean your period will be late or will your period normally start at the same time as normal?

I think If you ovulate late then your period would probably be the same time but it would give it a short luteal phase.

However if you did ovulate late you could not be enough dpo to detectt hgc? So you might think your 16dpo for expample but you actually 10.

Yes I have tested a few times and got BFNs but if I ovulated later than I thought then maybe that's why? I don't know its all so complicated.

If you ovulated late and your luteal phase is normal your af will be late. If you bd and got yourself a lo the bfp will take longer to show itself....
Wardy I am still testing negative and have no symptoms, but you know hope and all that...

So AF is due Thurs (ish) but all my imaginary symptoms have vanished now :/ Assuming I'm probably not knocked up yet (it is only month 1 after all) so have consumed half a cider. I know, rebel rebel or what?!

ariel don't stress about the alcohol.

I went out last sat, had a belly full as I realised avoiding alcohol wasn't making a difference. Got my bfp few days later.

Disclaimer. I do feel bad now though!

Don't stress about having a drink... I'm thinking it could take months and there is no way I'm giving up the drink! Moderate, of course.

Thanks spring, sorry been busy last couple of days. Wardy if you ovulated late then your af will be late. How late do you think you ovulated?

So I normally have a 32 day cycle, today is day 36. My last period was 07/01 and I think I ovulated around the 25/01 or 26/01 I was using the clearblue digital OPKs and the 25/01 is when I got my smiley face. I'm not sure i did ovulate late, I don't ovulate on day 14 because I have a longer cycle. What do you think? X

Wardy I'm not sure how its worked out but my last AF was also 7/1. Apparently I ovulated 22/1 but there again I do have a 27/28 day cycle.

Maybe give it a few days before a talk with the doc?

Probably not as its the time from ovu to AF and in your case it sounds like it changes. If our pretty sure you ovu'd on 25/1 you would be 17 dpo. (I think)

I'm not sure hayle? I thought your luteal phase stayed roughly the same so if you ovulate late then you'd come on late but I don't know for sure. Maybe someone who does know will be ale to clarify. Fingers crossed for you wardy.
Dh and I are still dtd. Due for the day21 test towards the end of the month and then when I come on the day 1-4 test so hopefully that'll either pinpoint something wrong that can be fixed or it'll be normal and then we know its just taking time. Will be nice to have some answers.

Wardy hopefully you'll get a BFP with me on Friday.

My boobs are starting to hurt but bfn this morning so is it just there isn't enuff hormone yet for the test going insane
