I've been trying for a baby for 19 months now, nothing is working :(

Since the beginning of the year I have tried to go on a health kick. I have cut back on the drinking (only drunk a couple of times this month), have switched to organic food, no caffeine, drinking green tea and from today I have given up my one cigarette a day habit.

Anyone fancy joining me to get baby ready?

I read that green tea decreases the effectiveness of folic acid....You can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day, so maybe a coffee is better for you after all?

P.s spirulina is some algae kinda stuff....full of nutrients but tastes vile. I have powdered spirulina sitting in the back of my cupboards from when I decided it was a good idea to do a juice cleanse. Yuck.

Yeah Spirulina is algae - basically swamp water! I whizz it together with innocent smoothie and it masks the taste a bit, I've grown to like it weirdly, but then I'll like anything that might have the remotest chance of helping me get a BFP! Wink
