BFN but still feel pg - confused

Okay, implant was removed in September due to it making me have heavy periods every other week with cramps and all. Dh and I have been using condoms but have had a couple of times using withdrawl - worked for us for a year after dd1 was born - so pg is possible.

My boobs feel fuller and tingly, my tummy is bloated and I feel like I have morning sickness - not being sick. All signs point to pg (period was due a week ago). I've taken a test at the weekend and immediately it came up with negative, after the 3 minutes it still very clearly said negative. With my last 2 pgs it's come up very quickly. So dh and I thought, okay not pg, maybe just under the weather.... but symptoms are still there. Since September my periods have been all over the place but more often than monthly rather than not at all. Could it be something else? A friend suggested aneamia? Confused

Test again?

Id say give it a good long week if you can then test again. If its negative still maybe then take a trip to the doctors do they can look into it further.

Gone to gp as I'm worried something is wrong... also, as he pointed out, I need to know if I can drink over Christmas, haha.

I was surprised that he isn't allowed to do a pg test on NHS without a reason other than missed period and pg symptoms, but he's done bloods to rule out other things. He also thinks I'm anaemic which could be due to pg or another reason.
