Bloody hell I feel like I'm just making a fuss with 9 months! 27 months is rough. Do you know what might be causing it? What's your cycle like? You must be an absolute powerhouse sticking with it like that!

Griffomais · 02/12/2012 22:39

I have a perfect 30 day cycle regular as clockwork had all the tests I am apparently a picture of health as is my husband and his little swimmers - we have been labelled with Unexplained Infertility - it sucks! Started TTC at 33 maybe I've just let it too late, I really don't know. It pretty much depresses me but I just can't give up so I keep soldiering on although at times it is so so hard.

deliasmithy · 03/12/2012 00:51

Finally, after 10 weeks AF is arriving! Everything aching way unmerrily.
So fx for BFP on 31st Dec.

CBFM unwrapped and ready to roll.

okavango · 03/12/2012 05:35

still nothing here, no af and bfn. I don't think it is happening this month tbh.

extracrunchy · 03/12/2012 08:19

griffo that's so crappy.. Still, if you're both working perfectly it HAS to happen some time! xxx

extracrunchy · 03/12/2012 08:20

okavango sorry to hear that Sad At least you can have a relatively indulgent holidays though! X

padster75 · 03/12/2012 10:33

Morning all,

Well into my 2ww, trying not to obsessively symptom spot fail, panicking because I have not done a thing for Christmas and feeling rather guilty about it, just cannot seem to get going with it all this year.

fx for those POAS and 'Merry' WineXmas Smile Christmas for those who've been visited by af

xx

Cherrycherry · 03/12/2012 13:36

Hi ladies,
Good luck Padster, fx for you. Its so hard not to symptom spot isn't it. I always try and fail to keep myself so busy that I don't have time to think about it. Much easier said than done though!

Well I'm back to day 1 now Sad af just started. disappointed but was expected, already had a cry last night because I knew we hadn't done it. Don't know why I expected anything different because my last bleed was a cp. I guess at least I know my cycle days properly again now so we can get back to trying & hoping for a sticky one this time.

Dexidoo · 03/12/2012 14:22

Hello hope everyone is doing ok. These Mondays seem to roll around far too quickly.

5dpo and think I'm going to have to keep busy to avoid symptom spotting. ( currently some pelvic ache and intermittent nausea- more to do with the dodgy curry we had on the weekend I suspect)

padster75 · 03/12/2012 16:11

Hi Cherry,

Gutted to hear AF got you Xmas Sad and not sure saying 'boozy Christmas ahoy!' is any consolation. Hopefully your cycle will right itself this month and you can start 2013 with some good news xx

QuietNinjaTardis · 03/12/2012 17:54

Hey everyone, sorry for all who have been got by af. Is every fucker pregnant except us? Even the sodden royals have got in on the action. I'm still on af which is annoying and have settled on a dtd every other day until af hits again ewcm or no ewcm for this next month. Damn it. I will get pregnant. Why was it so easy the first time and now it's not?

Creamtea1 · 03/12/2012 20:07

Quiet ninja my sentiments exactly, you've hit the nail on the head there. I'm on day 5 of af which is annoying. Once it's left in doing it every other day for the whole month, no opks or anything, that's the plan. Bfp due boxing day.

Cherrycherry · 03/12/2012 20:49

Thanks Padster.

Here here QuietNinja - its not fair is it, it must be our turn soon!

FX for all of us! Lets shag dtd our way through December and onto lots of BFP's! Xmas Smile

QuietNinjaTardis · 03/12/2012 21:11

Yep yep shagging our way to Xmas bfp s! Definitely the way to go. Xmas Grin

setayharas · 03/12/2012 21:14

Hey everyone, been a bit quiet sorry! Majorly busy weekend putting Xmas decs up and chasing the dog around as he pulls everything off the tree(he's first Xmas..., maybe last if he isn't careful lol) NANs informed me I need a child to add to my already manic house, if only she knew how close to the truth that was.
Hope everyone's holding up!
Oh working till 12 every night this week so trying to stay awake and failing so that we can dtd. Robbie on the royal variety has helped keep me in the mood I must admit!

Iv opened the Xmas quality street so help yourself everyone!

JellyCurls · 04/12/2012 06:36

Morning Ladies - hope you are all well.

No idea whats going on here but cycle day 14 and AF has finally buggered off - HOORAY!!! 27 days to go till she is due again (long cycles sure do suck) so on with the baby making plan of dtd every other day.

Baby making plan is as follows

  1. Dtd lots trying for every other day or at least every three days till AF due
  1. Not try and count days post ov as that just causes stress and also makes me POAS too early
  1. Not symptom spot
  1. Not POAS till AF is late so I am therefore actually a January 1st BFP

Not sure I will manage any of the above but willing to give it a go

chookford · 04/12/2012 09:08

Good mantra Jelly I will hope to do the same! (but will very likely fail!)

I am sick with a bug as is my dd so not much fun in our house at the moment... although we do have all our decs up so that is nice and Christmasy!!

Sorry I havent updated the list have been too busy inspecting the bottom of my toilet...its surprisingly clean! Please anyone else feel free to update any new ladies or change in dates!!

Taking lovely I saw you had af show up booooooooo this Christmas is going to be you time I am sure... and everyone else for that matter due around Dec 25th!

Creamtea1 · 04/12/2012 11:09

New rules for this December bus :)

  1. No counting any days, ov days etc
  2. Dtd every other day if you can
  3. No symptom spotting
  4. No opks
  5. No poas untill period due day
  6. No stressing (easier said than done I know!)

And lo we shall all get our Xmas bfps :)

setayharas · 04/12/2012 12:04

Definitely no opks this month! Iv hidden mine far away from the toilet! I'm quite impressed with my restraint! By this time next week I hope to be able to say the same! Dreading the dtd bit every other day as iv woke up with the snottinest of noses and can hardly move let alone dtd lol

padster75 · 04/12/2012 12:30

Rule update in the padster house:

  1. Does my advent calendar count?
  2. we did 6 days 'on the bounce' last week, I am taking time out
  3. No symptoms to spot
  4. Not bought any, quite like being utterly clueless
  5. I don't excrete enough hcg to poas unless past AF due day anyway
  6. Stressing ............. hmmmm me thinks I have enough to stress about away from babies ......... hubbie's not been paid this month and looks like the company are going tits up ......... christ on a bike why now?
Creamtea1 · 04/12/2012 12:44

Padster what a nightmare - you're right you have more than enough to stress about before stressing about ttc, fingers crossed the pay gets sorted at least.
And advent calendar is allowed (chocolate ones obvs) :)

padster75 · 04/12/2012 12:48

Thanks creamtea bit annoyed as he only started with the firm in the summer. Oh well, these things are sent to try us, and being so stressed means I am not noticing lack of symptoms and obsessing over them!! Every cloud and all that. And time to fess up ........ I don't like chocolate, so while DH & DS tuck into their chocs I hit the sweetie tin and raid the Haribos!!

deliasmithy · 04/12/2012 20:00

Cream tea, I'll go with rules 2,3,5 and 6!
Actively breaking the others.

I've been poor on the snack front, so I've brought out homemade banana cupcakes and mugs of tea.

navis176 · 04/12/2012 20:57

creamtea and jelly - I am following your rules! Should be second day of cheapie amazon opks today - and so far holding off - yay! Must be 2 to 3 weeks before I can POAS (see, don't even know exactly Grin). And I do actually feel a wee bit more relaxed about it than last month....

Creamtea1 · 04/12/2012 21:05

Good efforts ladies! I really think it may work for us all.
Delia - strangely there are home made banana cupcakes here too! Had a few squishy ones that needed using.
I've got no opks in the house and it feels more relaxed even just with that step. What I have done today though is order 2 first response tests ready for period due day, as it will be boxing day and don't 100% trust the Internet cheapies.
