letskiwithisthing I'm glad the baby shower went ok - I'm not sure how I'd feel about one of those at the moment. I went to one and I was the only non-mum there.

Dulcet glad it went well trying on the wedding dresses. I loved trying them on! I really want to wear mine again - I've heard about a ball in London for a breast cancer charity where everyone goes in their wedding dresses. My parents had mine cleaned while I was away on honeymoon and it's been packaged away ever since.

raspberriesandicecream I love Great British Bake Off! I've bought the cookbook so hoping to try out some of the recipes.

So, I started using CB digital OV sticks yesterday and got a smiley - this could be due to recent mc but there are definitely no hormones left in my system - my hcg was down to 2 in a blood test I had last Monday. So, if it is a sign of my surge, when does the 2ww start? Also, for people who use these, do you normally get one smiley a month or more?

I get one a month and I count the 2WW from the day after the smilie.

You can get more than one smilie, but will only OV once.

Ok thank you. So if I get another smiley in a few days, a week etc, I might not have actually ov when I got the first one?

That sounds like a great chance to wear dress woody, what a nice idea. Also, I have not had experience of two smilies in one month so it does happen. Was expecting two again this month after first one on CD9 but have got to CD20 without another so given up now!!

2ww is longer when you ov early, promise! I don't know where I am! 11 days post smiley but 9 days before AF. I'm all confused!

You shouldn't be 9 days before AF...this is determined by OV timing and luteal phase. How many days after OV do you get AF? That's when you should expect it.

Cushions is my thought! And I don't know...but if I won't wear it again I need to sell or do something with it!

This week has been fab so far - got a pay rise yesterday!!! which was the most lovely surprise!!

Day 28 and finally the cb monitor says low and the m starts flashing. No tests in the house so no poas until Saturday - I'm gonna do my best to hold out. I don't think it's worked this month & seeing not pregnant would break my heart, especially after that run of announcements. So if no AF by Saturday, then I'll test. Fx everyone please!!!

My wedding dress is in a box, having been cleaned, under the spare bed at my mums. I love it so much, every now & again I go & sneak a peak at it while I'm visiting mum & dad!!!

I remember you saying that now nic, sorry. Referred to app and usually seems to be 11-12 days after smiley. So anytime now! Our bodies don't do anything they are supposed to though so who knows!

Yeah, really would be! Pfft, who knows! I did POAS yesterday and was no good. Will do a CB one tomorrow, might as well, I have loads!

Great news about the pay rise Raspberries will definitely come in handy for the rubbish maternity pay! Unless you work for a lovely company with a generous mat package of course, which sadly I don't - statutory all the way for our firm sadly!

Pear/thunder can I ask you a favour, please could you remind us all of your symptoms in the week leading up to your BFPs, just so we can obsess even more

Statutory mat pay here as well!!! The pay rise is going on a new jacket that I fell in love with at the weekend, & after that, it's all going in my ISA as I know that it will come in very handy when we have children. It's a huge possibility that I'll need a larger car when I go back to work as well (hoping that I'll be able to take baby with me) so I'm really trying to be sensible with it!!

Hey lets. Ok, I don't know precise days, particularly as I didnt know exactly when af was due but for me it was af-type cramping early on, maybe the week before af due. I also had this weird thing- quite often in the past when I had af, I would get some dried blood only in my right nostril. For a short while it changed to my left, and then it stopped. Until about a week before bfp- it was back again! Just on the right. can you get implantation bleed in your nose?! Too early I know

There was definitely increased sense of smell- I couldn't bear to wear my own perfume and my sofa smelt grim. Then two days before bfp it was all about the boobs. Really tender so I couldn't walk up or down stairs without clutching myself. Have had tender boobs with af in the past too, but this was worse and was definitely the trigger to test. In hindsight I was knackered too but I usually am!

lets are you really sure you want me to yap on about this again? Oh well if you insist ...OK DPO1 I recorded burping and calypo orange pee in FMU! Then nothing until DPO8 when I was burpy again and reported tingly boobs. On DPO9 I noted that I felt like there was something stuck in my throat and DPO10 said I was still burpy. On DPO11 I woke up with abdominal pains, like nothing I've experienced before. I felt pain and then stitch pains. I pooped a lot that day. That morning I just had a weird sense that I was pregnant because of the pains and that afternoon I POAS. The pains turned out to be chronic constipation btw. Apparently you can poop and still have chronic constipation when pregnant...so that was my experience in a nutshell :-)

Oh btw I didn't get sore boobs until a couple of weeks later. Like I said I felt a tingle. It was like a sudden tingle and then left...hope that makes sense.
