Woody I don't think I've ov yet as no cm. been doing opk since cd11 and so far nothing. But I have long cycles so not expecting till later in week.
Oh nic T minus 6 days!

Dh has been fab - coz monitor didn't pick up a peak (or I didn't peak) he's come home with a pack of cb smiley sticks!!! He was just as dissaponted as me and said "we're gonna get that egg!!!" I'm actually feeling ok about it, I'm very lucky to have such a supportive dh ANSI have to remind myself we've only been trying since june.

So here's to some bfp's and bog off to the WTF cycles!!

lol I'm really confused - got a smiley on Monday but then ewcm today (only a little bit though)! So I feel like I have no idea about what's going on. Hope you get your smiley soon!

raspberries if you don't get any more bleeding, I would try testing again in a few days. Some people don't get a +ve until they are 5 weeks (according to what I've read on the internet anyway!) Glad DH is being supportive. I explained to mine about ov sticks this week and he now wants to know when I get smiley so we can dtd everyday around that time. I agree - fed up of the wtf cycles.

Not much now...collecting stuff mainly. And doing a cd for our breakfast background music. Barely anything.

I guess the one thing about it not working and having a break is I won't have the stress of wondering if I am, and having to test and things. Will be back on the ibuprofen for these cramps now and have been happily drinking red wine (it's got to the Definitely A Period stage of bleeding now). Though will keep charting as I always do and maybe see if WTF cycles continue when not actually TTC, over the the next two cycles. It's all useful information I guess. And I might get ovulation stick things for December.

I'm sorry, Tal :-( Keeping charting is a good plan though. Useful to know what your body is up to.

Are our bodies always awkward and we don't notice, or are they cruel when we are TTC?

So...this morning I'm close to puking (not sure if it's my cold though) with stabbing pain / cramp / fluttering in my right ovary and uterus region.

No way am I going to not test before the wedding, ha ha! Even though it's no doubt my body just testing / tricking me.

I'm sorry that it is af tal It sounds like you've got lots planned and to look forward to over the next 2 cycles before you're back to ttc. I think it's really thoughtful of you to have this break for your sister.

nic I'm also feeling sick all the time - from when I get up, to when I go to sleep...apart from when I eat! Got twinges in my lower abdomen and weird stitch-like pains on my side. I know it'll be my body tricking me but it's hard not to get your hopes up!

Woody and nic, I had those type pains in 2ww too, kept posting on here that I felt like AF would be imminent and that I was worried about the length of my luteal phase, fx very tightly for you both x

This cycle feels different to the last two, which are the only 2 I know I OV'd.

Now, creamy CM - and lots of it - has been a feature of the last two cycles. While I have some this cycle, it just isn't on the scale of the last two.

Everything is different. Probably still being tricked though! :-/

Thanks Woody, it's really hard to do but I know how she would feel if I missed her wedding. I wish I could talk to her about it, but I just don't feel like I can tell anyone.

Right, I've just got myself some of these OV sticks - (only cheap ones to start with) - when should I start using them? and what time of day is best?

blockette I think it depends on how long your cycle is as to how early you should start using them.

So, I have a question - do you think that you can start experiencing symptoms before a test would show a positive?

Blockette some say 1st urine of the day, others say not. But I think u have to test the same time everyday. If they're cheap & u have lots then maybe start from day 8/9? It might be that u ov earlier or later than u have been thinking (I know that was the case with me - I was several days out)
