No symptoms in the 2ww? Is this true?

I have read recently that it is wishful thinking and not possible to have any symptoms in the 2ww as hcg levels are too low.

Is this true?!

I was led to believe that the increase in progesterone was also accountable for some symptoms?

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Hi everyone hope you don't mind me joining in.
Ttc2 need some sane advice because I have googled everything ( I know I shouldn't symptom spot 🙈 ) but here I am and I'm more concerned it's just in my head lol. I don't use opks or take temps but I do use a tracker so as an estimate I think I am 7dpo and for the last week I have had this on off dull like headache like everyday, serious twitching cramp like feelings in ovaries/uterus, nausea every now and then and noticed these last couple days I'm really bloated and gassy ( tmi sorry )
When I had my first it was 9 years ago and he was a surprise so I took no notice of what was happening to my body. Am I just bringing it on myself with wishful thinking. Any advice or similar experience would be greatly appreciated 😁
