Am due to have a day 21 blood test next week to determine whether or not I'm ovulating. Have been TTC since may of last year, and it also took 13 months to conceive DS. What I was wondering though is this.

I'm hoping that blood tests etc will come back as normal and that DH's sperm test will come back normal as well, but in the event they don't, I've read on here about many other tests you can have, laperoscopy/pct/scans/etc etc. What I was wondering is what exactly are you entitled to on the NHS? I know that treatments such as IVF for instance aren't funded by the NHS if you already have a child, but how about investigative treatments, are these funded? or at what point are they no longer funded?

a friend recently had a dye put through her fallopian tubes and then scanned, it said her tubes were clear but a bit uneven, meaning bends in them, just might take a bit longer to conceive
