BBT Chart OKish but daytime very low temps

Hi, wondering if anyone would have a look at my chart, it looks a bit odd, like I maybe didn't ovulate or something:

docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArFFzo1YGfMadC1XeEhlak5hRkNMLTNqc2FtRlYzRGc

My BBT temps seem warm enough, but there is not a sharp rise after 'ovulation' but more of a slow rise.
Also, I get so cold during the day, my temps are as low as 34.8 to 35.2 - that's wearing 4 jumpers and walking my dogs to try and get warm. I feel dreadful! I've been so exhausted, I haven't been able to work or even walk my dogs properly. Interestingly, about a day after my temp rise on cd24 I've had my normal energy back, it's like I've been given a new body.
It makes me wonder if I am low in progesterone.

I have been seeing an acupuncturist (stopped now because I couldn't afford it) but she told me I had a cold uterus (which I think means low progesterone).

I had some bloods done and they seemed normal, all male hormones were normal. My oestrogen seemed slightly on the low side but it was difficult to tell which part of the cycle I was in because I had them done the morning of day 1, but I didn't start menstruating until the evening. My TSH was 0.52 which is low, and therefore my thyroid hormones should be high, but I have felt so tired and cold. My weight is normal. I have had awful constipation since I was pregnant (ended in m/c on 20th April at 8 weeks). While I was pregnant, I was soooo cold, my hands went white and numb and I just couldn't get warm.

Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks in advance :)

Also, should say I'm getting more tests done on friday - testing progesterone, blood count and an inflammation marker, (think t was C reactive protein, but not sure), and GP said thyroid was borderline so gonna test in 2 months and then annually after that. My blood pressure is on the low sire too, 90-107 over 45-50.

Just want to say, are you using a BBT (thermometer) with 2 decimal places as it makes such a difference when you plot your temps. I use Fertility Friend to plot my temps which is free and very good.

Hopefully somebody more knowledgable will come along to help you, Smile

Your thyroid levels may be the root cause of all this. Your symptoms seem indicative of problems with the thyroid gland. Would lay off charting in the meantime as its not working out for you.

This website may be helpful to you as well:-
www.thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/index.html

You will need to be persistant in order to get answers; some GPs are ignorant when it comes to such issues.

thanks for your thoughts.
The GP i saw lately was pretty good so hopefully I'll get somewhere with her.
I will continue to chart because I noticed this month that my energy returned to normal levels since the day after the big temperature rise on cd24.
I'm not sure if progesterone can have effects this quickly, but I think I will continue to monitor my temps, and symptoms to see if it can give me more insight. And the constipation eased a little with this rise too.
