Can anyone help here? Clearblue HPT was BFN and I've taken two pills so far...should I keep going with the clomid? So confused, and my gynae is un-contactable until I see him on monday.
Anyone had something similar?
Any help much appreciated!

Hi
my advice is to stick with the clomid as it can take a while.
i had 8 ish rounds on and off- got a big fat row from my gyn friend as really
clomid works much better if you take it one cycle after another.
Anyway decided in Feb 07 that i was going to try clomid for one last time as so thoroughly fed up with it - some cycles were actually increased in length on the clomid and others i bled for ages after just 3 weeks- think it was because it wasn't consistent with it. in Feb 07 we conceived our daughter- now 4 yrs old.
i wanted a sibling for her- so i was really naughty (and i definitely do not recommen this) but took one month of clomid i had left over and fell pregnant straight away. dd2 is now 2 years old.
I would love another child and as age is not on my side (I'm actually going through an early miscarriage right now)- so I'm definitely going to ask the dr to prescribe me some more clomid.
HTH

Thank you shemacin...I'm going to keep on with it and see what happens. Worried that it has somehow affected my womb lining as this period was so ridiculously short and basically just brown. Seeing gynae on monday for more answers. Really appreciate you sharing your experience.

my periods went even more haywire on clomid than they had been previously,
and sometimes they cold simply be described as a brownish discharge rather than a proper bleed.
