AF is due next wednesday. Anyone else counting down the days and any symptoms so far??

I've been feeling nauseous today and got very sore boobs but this isn't unusual at all for me the week before I'm due on. The nausea could also have something to do with all the food I have been scoffing Grin

Bfn for me just as I thought. So fucked off! That's 11 months now. Had a little cry but need to pull myself together because I have to go back into work in a minute

Sorry apple... Don't lose heart... The witch hasn't got you yet.... Smile

hellotreeshellosky · 07/02/2012 12:39

Thank you guys, it's so nice to know I am not the only crazy woman Wink Breasts are still sore so I am hopeful, don't really want to talk to DH about it though because he'll keep asking about it when I'm trying to put it to the back of my mind. I have POAS twice despite vowing not to, BFNs but I am only 8 days PO I think.

Hope your bean sticks Kelbells. I know what you mean about keeping on testing after the BFP, with DS I tested five times and we conceived him quite easily so I wasn't even feeling this madness!

hellotreeshellosky · 07/02/2012 12:41

Sorry apple. We have all been there.

And it ain't over yet as kelbells says.

Dinosaurdrip · 07/02/2012 16:54

Hi please can I join you? Af due around 14th feb and have frer test tucked away for early testing. Started trying last August and conceived in the September, had a mmc in December. Started trying straight away following this and have had 1 period since.

Feel like I am making symptoms up as I am so desperate but so far I have imagined or have actually had the following symptoms: really vivid dreams, 2 of me actually having a positive test. Itchy nipples and really tender too, sooooo tired (could have something to do with having 2ds and starting work at 7 each morning). Feeling ravenous to the point I feel sick. I think that is all. Reason I think I'm being neurotic is cos I think I'm having all these symptoms and am only 7dpo. So please help me get through these next days without going mad. Grin

Hi all

Sorry been out of the loop as on nights over the weekend- great fun in the snow..

Congrats to those with bfp's I hope indeed that this is a lucky thread.. Sorry for those not so lucky..

So, I'm now 3 days late ( although could be messed up cycle from MC). We've still not tested as don't want to ruin holiday with unfavourable news.. That said ive snuck a test into the suitcase just in case...!

Xxx

ShowMethePony · 07/02/2012 21:09

Well today I bought some tests but I'm not going to use them until tomorrow Saturday as I should be due on Thursday or Friday I reckon.

DinosaurDrip That is what I was like last week with the dreams, nipples, hunger, womby feeling, dizziness, breathlessness etc. If I'm not pregnant I have a very vivid imagination...

Had the most tiring busy day with ds and then, disaster, he fell asleep on the way home so I had to feed him for 1.5 hours on to get him to sleep tonight. Currently have a hot waterbottle across my breasts (nice image for you all there!)

PS Congrats to all those with BFPs so far, relax there is nothing more you can do except popping those Folic Acids.

Bimbledorf · 07/02/2012 21:37

Ah congratulations to all of you who have tested +++ so far :)

Me still BFN although I was due on today, no sign as yet and I have to say I have never felt more pregnant. I don't think it's because I am obsessing over every symptom, no honestly I don't think it is!

I have veins all over my boobs too which were there very early days with my last 2, but still showing BFN so not holding out too much hope really. Still, there's always next month and this time we have decided to "properly go for it" so let's see........

Good luck everyone else who is awaiting their BFP

hellotreeshellosky · 08/02/2012 15:44

Well I got another BFN today, which is no surprise at 9dpo.

I now think that early testing is serving a purpose, as it is lowering my expectations so if I get my period at the weekend I will be less disappointed. Maybe. I do feel somewhat less obsessive after three negative tests.

Still got the sore breasts though...

pippilongsmurfing · 08/02/2012 16:25

I'm (I think) 9 0r 10 days post ovulation, and got a BFN this morning.

Now though, after reading hellotrees post though, I'm thinking I was testing way too early?

ellesabe · 08/02/2012 22:54

Well this does seem to be quite a lucky thread so I'm jumping on board! Hi to all those also occupying the 'hideous 2ww' thread

I am on cd36 and up until this morning I have been unknowingly using out-of-date tests which expired in Sept 2011 Blush

This morning I thought I had a faint line on a Sainsburys test but dh couldn't see it do I'm trying again in the morning. Good luck to anyone else testing tomorrow. Let's have some more bfps ladies!

ellesabe · 09/02/2012 06:52

Af arrived :(

coveredinflour · 09/02/2012 09:34

Hello ladies,

Just catching up on threads - congratulations on all the BFPs!! I can't even imagine what that must feel like (v v good I guess).

apple - I'm with you. Haven't been trying for v long but it already feels like ages (have been WTTC for a VERY long time).

AF is due now-ish (should come over the next couple of days). On Monday / Tuesday my womb felt tight-ish and slightly crampy but AF didn' appear so thought maybe was implantation. Stupid to get hopes up as have NO other symptoms WHATSOEVER.

Did a Boots test first thing this morning and got a v conclusive BFN - not even a shadow of a line that i could persuade myself was there... I knew that I wasn't pg (I think I'll "know" when I am) but am still disappointed. Now just have the joy of waiting for AF to make her appearance complete with the incredibly painful cramps and PMS that she usually brings with her - just to rub salt in the wound (I was looking forward to 9 months without those).

Sorry for the slightly self-involved post. Feeling a bit crap about it but trying to think positively about next month and all the vast amounts of SWI that will be done (think we didn't do enough this month!).

pippilongsmurfing · 09/02/2012 15:16

ellesabe so sorry Sad, it's a nightmare every month isn't it?!

Why can some people conceive so bloody easily? Confused

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 09/02/2012 15:24

I'm due af on Monday. Just got a first response test delivered with Tesco shop, any point doing it now or should I wait for fmu?

Congrats to all the bfps!!

hellotreeshellosky · 09/02/2012 15:58

I am sorry ellesabe. I hope next month is your month.

Well having tested four days in a row Blush and got definitive BFNs I am no longer hopeful. Although I am only 10dpo and STILL have sore breasts. I was planning to use my FR today fish but now I'm afraid to because I will be upset at a negative. Are you going to test? I was going to hold out til tomorrow...

As kelsbells said this is a certain kind of madness!

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 09/02/2012 16:01

Just did it but negative Sad

Have had a weird cycle, positive opk for 5 days before going negative but never felt myself ovulate at all and I normally do. Very Confused

hellotreeshellosky · 09/02/2012 16:06

Sorry Fish. Could still be too early?

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 09/02/2012 16:08

Could be but doubt it really. Best of luck to you Smile

MildredH · 10/02/2012 01:31

BFN here, AF arrived on day 1 of the hol. Did my stashed test to be sure and a v definite BFN.

Getting ready to go all over again...!

X

pippilongsmurfing · 10/02/2012 10:32

So sorry to anyone getting a BFN, I'm 11 (0r12) days post ovu, so can POAS next week and hopefully get an accurate result.

Either that or AF will rear her ugly little head, damn bitch.

coveredinflour · 11/02/2012 10:05

Count me out. AF is coming - I can feel her preparing to barge her way in. And had another v v conclusive BFN this morning.

Fingers x-ed for next month!!

Good luck everyone!

hellotreeshellosky · 13/02/2012 14:25

The witch got me this morning. Sad I'm sure I'll pick myself up in a couple of days but am feeling really low today. I was really hopeful.

Someone close to me is also due to give birth to her unplanned accidental baby any day now and I'm finding it all quite tough. It's not fair!

Still I know I am extremely lucky to have DS, and I am pretty confident about when I am ovulating etc, so onwards and upwards. I will pack DH off to get his swimmers checked. And we'll try again.

Sorry for whining ladies, just needed to offload a little bit.
