Phimosis, help!

Hi All
My Partner has Phimosis. His foreskin does not pull back at all. Absolutely no movement back whatsoever without screaming agony.
His skin goes over the top and the 'hole' where he wee's/ejaculates from is on the right hand side.
This means when he wees it comes out deirectionally right and when he comes it takes a few seconds to ooze out down the right side of his penis and trickles down the shaft.
Not only is this annoying, as i am constantly cleaning up misdirected pee from the bathroom floor, but makes sex impossible without the protection of a condom.
His penis lacks sensitivity and he takes quite a while to orgasm. He actually prefers me just holding a vibrator firmly on the tip till he comes.
We are now planning to have a baby and he point blank refuses to consider a circumcision. He gets very upset when we discuss it.
Sorry for long winded explanation, but, will this affect our chances of pregnancy?

Well if he won't have sex without a condom, I would say so!

It does sound like he really needs to be circumcised...

It's not that he wont it's that it hurts. We have tried a few times after lot and lots of foreplay and lube. I'm worried more about the sperm not getting far enough..er...up there!

He absolutely will not consider circumcision. He has even suggested paying for IVF instead of address it.

There has been previous threads about self-administered IUI type conception - either by using a syringe or even a mooncup! Be sure not to use any spermicidal condoms also. HTH
