If you have a 28 day cycle every month, does this mean you ovulate around day 14 every month or do some people with regular cycles still ovulate at different times?

It depends how long your LP (Luteal Phase) is. This is the phase after ovulation and, can vary from woman to woman. So, for example, if your cycle was 28 days but your LP only 11 days then your day of ovulation would be Day 17. You'd still have a 28 day cycle IYSWIM? I hope that helps!

No is the short answer to your question. Ovulation is not an exact science and a woman can ovulate earlier, later or not at all in any given cycle.

Thanks for the info. I think I was just assuming day 14 would be it!

As littledid says, it depends on your LP. That tends to stay the same for each woman, .e.g. mine is always 15 days. Sometimes I ovulate on day 15, sometimes as late as day 21, but the luteal phase is always the same, so the length of my cycle varies. It would be unusual if you ALWAYS have a 28 day period to be ovulating at different times, but it isn't necessarily going to be on day 14. Use ovulation tests to help you pinpoint, prob start testing on day 12, in the afternoon is better.
