Would it be worth trying to gather them together in one list? With the people furthest on in their cycle at the top. Like this (see if I can get this right!):

Rather than making a word a link, then when c&p to make into a list only need to add the square brackets when adding to it.

Too complicated and I am in Hong Kong and haven't got time to work it out.

Have put me as "Early Days" as due to AF any minute now... have done 2 tests and both "-" so...

I don't know what's happening here, v confusing linkage!

I have saved everyone in my bookmarks and I fear that might be the easiest solution, what we could make this is a stalking thread, so everyone has charts bookmarked but this just lists people's stages of cycle??
