Just wondering how ong the process takes from 1st appointment where they cant find the strings, through 2nd appointment, scan and trip to gynaecologist?

had my coil out today at hospital under gen anaesthetic, is a bit painful now and im still woozy but so glad its out!

spoke 2 dr 2day, it has perforated my uterus and is now in the right side of my pelvis, she said gynae will prob do a laparoscopy under general 2 get it out, but will only mean an overnight stay in hospital, if that. she kept saying how incredibly rare it is for this 2 happen (tho i have read a lot of ppls experiences with this), so im sure you'll be fine!

have just been on nhs site, it says 'perforation should be treated immediately' - so why am i having 2 wait well over a month 2 even see someone!
