Hi there

Yes, I've been speaking to Simpson's today and the reason that the timings are so strict is that it's a popular villa and they know that they've not got availability on this during that time.

As for additional travellers, there would be a cost incurred for any additional flights as well as a small housekeeping charge (less than £20 I think) for the additional people.

fishie - no, all the entrants are put in a hat and picked at random -it's not about the "best" recipe (if it was, I would have to win and that's against the rules!)
