Dinosaur · 04/09/2007 14:58

Yup, same here. Gosh, if our DSs ever get together, they'll find they have so much in common .

I think our middle DSs could have a particularly interesting conversation about all they have to put up with from the other two .

It's character-forming, that's what I say.

Peachy · 04/09/2007 15:07

Character forming, quite.

Although ds2 can do a damned good impression of ASD when he wants something 9seriosuly, he copies the flapping LOL)

Report
Dinosaur · 04/09/2007 15:08

My DS2 is quite quirky and has the same obsessions as DS1 (numbers and transport systems). He could probably pass for an Aspie if he needed to, yes .

no no no - all of you gerroff, cos I did it before Olivia even nagged so it's mine (although like Dino and Peachy I feel my (honest) answers were probably not the "right" ones!)

at humberside gaff - and I have Geography O level too (could probably still tell you all about ox bow lakes but actually having a knowledge of the geography geography of the country wasn't on syllabus...)

Anyway we should probably amend, but what should we amend to?

Some useless info:

The county of Humberside was created in 1974 and was abolished on 1st April 1996 with the establishment of four unitary authorities: North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, Kingston upon Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire. But the name has continued in use as a geographic term and in the names of institutions such as Humberside Police and Fire Services.

lol at oxbow lakes- I remember them well!

would just "Yorkshire" be OK, because North Lincs (prev. H'side) would be in East Midlands, I suppose?

But NE Lincs isn't in East Mids and it's definitely not in Yorkshire.
Maybe change to Yorkshire & Lincolnshire.
But then if you do change it, they are looking at changing the boundaries and names again, so it would prob still be wrong
