Never won anything before - ever. And I now appear to have won tickets to see Barney!!!

What happens next? How do I find out when? where? etc.

Galaxy - I haven't dared to tell DD yet as I know she will be upset if we couldn't make it once she thinks she's going. I can only do Fri - Mondays, and if in London probably weekends only because of the travel involved!

Anyone heard anything on dates yet?

Just concerned as the Birmingham shows are this weekend and it is leaving it a bit late to organise anything.

Hi there winners. I spoke with our contact at HIT yesterday who was in the process of sorting the tickets out. I've just emailed her again to say that you need the details today. If she hasn't come back by midday, I'll send over her email address, so you can deal with her directly. We appreciate this is tight (particularly for Birmingham) and understand you need details asap. Must say I'm quite envious. I'm a sucker for the sentimental old dinasaur -particularly the 'I love you' song at the end of each show!

Hi again. Just heard back from Liz at Hit Entertainment. She sent the Birmingham tickets recorded delivery yesterday, so they should be with you by midday. She said if they're not, let us know and she'll investigate. They are for the show on Friday at 5pm. Hope you have a great time!

I think mine may be Birmingham. So now have to think of a way to get me and DD there and back on Friday. At least it is my day off! DH won't be able to come though as he's at work - bet he will be devasted!!!

Yeah! DH can't make it though as at work. I guess a family ticket is for 2 adults and 2 children? If so, I will go and see if anyone else wants to join us.

sorry to hijack thread, but can I just say a big thank you for the Alton Towers tickets. They arrived a few days ago. I was so pleased to win them. I am sure the visit will go down in family history, to be remembered often.

Got your e-mail Rachel but I am pretty concerned about getting these tickets. If they need signing for then I will not be in until Friday - which is leaving it rather late. I shall try tonight to e-mail the contact you sent me but again this is still leaving it really late. Can't do it earlier as don't have contact with me at work. I have had to bok train tickets already to guarantee seats so I really hope these tickets arrive for us

Hi Hula, just heard back from Liz, who has emailed you. She says:

"I contacted Royal Mail who have assured me that the tickets will be there today and apologised for the delay on the service as they were posted for next day delivery on Monday. I have sent Hulababy an email stating this. If she doesn't get the tickets themselves she'll get a slip through the door telling her to collect at her local post office. This is standard for tickets which are always sent special delivery so we can track their progress. If there is any problem with the tickets getting to her on time I can arrange for another batch to be collected on the day at the box office so there is no reason why she should wait for the tickets before arranging train tickets - although I do understand her concerns".

Hope that reassures you. Do let us know if you have any more problems, or need any email addresses etc. We really hope you have fun!

Royal Mail tried to deliver our tickets today. Wasn't in so gone to main Sheffield PO. Dh will collect them tomorrow. Thanks
