I feel terrible, I have just found this thread as the place to say thank you - I won the Karcher steam cleaner and couldn't find where to post a thank you! Just to let you know it has been used almost every day since it arrived and is worth it's weight in gold! We have moved house and without it I don't know how I would have got the place clean so thank you Karcher and mumsnet!
