I'm not sure whether this is the right place, but I did the video thing for the Karcher ages ago, and had a couple of my clips used in the final film, and I seem to remember something about a 20 quid John Lewis voucher for the video testers? No sign of it so far, and the app still has my status down as "awaiting feedback". Could you investigate please?
