Tired of incompetent and losing hope

I will try to make this short if possible.
It's been almost 12 months since I started having cervicogenic headaches and tension pain in shoulders.
I've seen 4 GPs.. they have prescribed 3 types of meds and all 3 made things so much worse including suicidal thoughts and fainting.
I've been to thai massage that ruined my back, then a chiropractor who didn't make any difference. Had ct scan and blood test all clear.
Amatsu clinic that did accupuncture and dry needling which caused nerve damage.
I've tried 6 pillows and finally found one that helps

Neurologist told me to see an osteopath
Osteopath helped until yesterday when he did a new treatment and now I can't move my head or shoulder without sharp pain

Losing hope to be honest. I'm taking so many supplements it's unreal.

I'm all out of options. I've had to take medical leave with little income as living off savings
Any ideas? All this is self funded as well.

I have a back injury and I'm currently lying in bed because sitting was so uncomfortable 🙃 I'm sorry, its especially worse when the doctors can't figure out how to help. Have tried hot baths? Or yoga? Or working out?

My back is basically pain free on the days I go to the gym. Can you workout? Not anything crazy, probably no cardio, just do light weights and stretching.

Most of the things you've tried are of the snake oil variety, so focus your effort and energy on the medical advice. The lack of consistency isn't going to help, you need to stick to a path of diagnosis and treatment, not keeping throwing random tangents at it, muddying the water. See the same GP and push them to refer and follow your progress, getting a new first opinion each time is a lot less valuable than one involved doctor.

Do they know the underlying cause? Was it a sudden injury or related to another condition? That's the first step and will dictate the best treatment. Good luck, you'll get there but stop grasping at straws as a lot will be making things worse.
