Anyone tried medical cannabis for vulvodynia or other nerve pain?

Thinking about trying either Curaleaf or Alternaleaf. Codeine is the only thing that works for the pain (takes edge off) but I can't keep taking it. I've been in constant pain for several years and have got absolutely nowhere with gynaes, dermatologists. Had a fairly miserable GP appointment today as she said there isn't anything more we can try. Given up hope.

Anyone have any experience with cannabis for vulvodynia, or pain in general? Did it work? What company are you with? Are you vaping or on gummies or oil? I smoked cannabis (resin not flower) for many years and I think MC will probably help me mentally but I dunno if it will help with the pain. Not keen on oil but thinking about trying vape or gummies and wondering what might be better?

A prescribed cannabis-based option may be worth discussing, but vapes, gummies, and oils can affect people very differently. A consultation with LeafEase could help you check eligibility, discuss possible risks, and understand suitable options with a clinician before making any decision.

I have been with Mamedica for over a year. They have been really good in guiding me with strains that would be good for my condition - osteoarthritis/diabetic neuropathy. Clinics will usually need a summary of care from your GP before they can onboard you. This is to ensure your conditions have been diagnosed by a doctor and that they can prescribe the most suitable strains for you.

I now use a medical vaporiser but started with oils to see how they affected me. Often it's a case of trial and error as what works for one person may not for another.

As someone who had previously been on amitriptylene, pregablin, tramadol, oral morphine and codeine I can thoroughly recommend medical cannabis. I no longer take any prescribed opiates and manage pain with my monthly cannabis prescription.
