Do I need to worry?

My lad is always complaining his knee’s are hurting. At first I put it down to growing pains, but now I’m not sure. I can’t get him to walk far at all before he complains they are hurting, and sometimes out of nowhere he says they’re hurting. He is slim but his knees seem so large on the inside. I can’t seem to find anywhere anything about why his knees may look like they do.

Maybe I’m just worrying to much. But with how they look plus him complaining of pain, I am thinking is this something I should be worried about?

My son was aged 8 when he started complaining of knee pain and would fall on the floor after his knees gave way. Eventually he saw a Consultant who said he had wear and tear in both knees that were like those of an 80 year old. He had two different surgeries on each knee and, now aged 25, likely needs more. My advice would be to see the doctor, don’t ignore what your son says.

Why would you ignore your child repeatedly saying that he is in pain?
