Sinus pressure and tiredness on/off for 6months after pp period returned

I have had sinus pressure/pain(with no congestion or other cold/flu symptoms), ear pressure, and fatigue for around 6months on and off since my postpartum period returned. Would appreciate suggestions on treatments on how to treat this / treatments to seek out. So far:
-Daily steaming with olbas oil and using sterimar. Steaming clears pressure a little for minutes after.
-Sinus massage.
-A blood test revealed borderline low vit d (49) and high b12 (940). Taking vit d supplement now, dr said b12 finding insignificant.
-Ears were blocked/impacted, had wax microsunctioned out last weekend. I felt a lot better for a day then sinus issues and fatigue returned. Audiologist thought the wax was the cause and said my ear canal was inflamed but would’ve expected to see an improvement in symptoms by now.
-Using avamys for 10 days and just started using fexofenafine 120mg yesterday. GP said it could take months to see an improvement from these ?? No improvement yet. I had to request these following my own research, useless GP didn’t offer.

GP has been v unsupportive. I suggested a hormonal aspect and he was v dismissive. Really struggling as feel rubbish all the time with no energy. I love the outdoors, hiking, running and climbing, this is also a big part of my social life, and I can’t do any of it. Have an v active toddler too.

Any suggestions on what to try or investigate / press for with GP would be really appreciated ❤️🙏

I had ongoing sinus issues and all medical advice was useless really including ENT referral.

I used a neti pot regularly. Once a day I emptied a probiotic capsule into the neti pot & used that - it really helped clear things up. Please note I just did this myself - it was not medically advised.

My sinus issues cleared up doing this.

I hope you find something that helps - sinus pain is miserable.

Thank you for your reply. I have found my GP so unsupportive and pretty useful too.

I do have a neilmed sinus rinse - is that what you mean by netipot? I just used once and it made me v dizzy but I think my head was at wrong angle and this was before I had my ears cleared out. Will try again and investigate the probiotic - thank you 🙏

Neti pot is worth persisting with. It's all that works for me - no more need for antibiotics for bad sinus infections.

You must use it with saline water - boiled. And get the angle right.

Use it morning & night.

I think the neilmed sinus rinse bottle is just easier to use for a lot of people than the netipot. Have you tried cutting mucous producing foods from your diet - even if in the past they were fine e.g. dairy, bananas. Can you pay privately to see an ENT even if GP wont refer you. They may just suggest ongoing rinses and the fenofexadine, regular ear suction but it is worth a shot. Also consider if you have Vestibular Migraine - I developed this 6 months postpartum many years ago (misdiagnosed as Menieres for years) - an ENT should know about VM and how to try to treat it or a neurotologist will.

Thank you so much for your reply. I eat very little dairy as daughter allergic so we tend to only have a bit of cheese in the house, would be easy for me to cut that out - will give it a try… I am not actually congested at all though, would mucous production be an issue here?

I've not used the spray bottle versions though I believe they also use saline solution - the neti pot looks a little odd, but as it relies on gravity to work its very gentle and works very well.

Hi, yes I recovered fine in the end. Hope you feel better soon. With me, I was waiting for that one moment where I thought , I’m better now, but it was more of a gradual thing over a few weeks x
