Do you not eat meat?
I have never tasted one that didn't remind me of Paxo stuffing but I guess there are delicious ones somewhere. But if it's a vegetarian meal, why not make something with mushrooms? Or roasted veg?

I used to buy the packet one [just add water] from the health food section in the supermarket. With gravy and cranberry, it tastes quite nice.

asda do a nice frozen one. part of the extra special range. in a pack of 2 in little foil conatiners.

Somewhat bizarrely, I was trying to make Annabel Karmels peanut rissoles but the mixture wouldn't hold it's shape so I whacked it in a loaf tin and it morphed into a tastey nut roast:

Oh, I think it has mushrooms in it but it wasn't mushroomy (I hate mushrooms too)
