I'm seriously growing a grey hair every minute with the stress of this! What do you get a man who has everything he wants?!

He's a gadget freak - but gadgets I find are little stocking filler type things that would amuse him for a whole 10 minutes before getting tossed aside for something better. We normally get each other a main present, and a couple of nice stocking fillers. Stockings fillers i'm fine with - main present i'm really struggling, made harder by him constantly telling me how great his present for me is

Any ideas? Gadgets/Football/Usual blokey stuff but something 'different'.. I challenge you all !

How about something low-tech like some expensive underwear for you, wrapped up in a box.

i.e. it's for you to wear for him...iyswim.

You could always wear it whilst you watch Emmerdale

Ohhhhh I know. Have been thinking about things he wouldn't/couldn't get himself. What about a little book of digital pics of certain parts of your anatomy (as extreme as you like could be your bra strap, your lower back, leg in stockings). Hmmmm... might do that for my dh except we haven't really got a photo printer and might be a bit to send off to truprint...

Hang on, is that reeeeeeeeally tacky?

Rofl - and risk him disturbing the precious 30 minutes of my night were no one but me and the Dingles exist?! No thanks

That is a good idea though I just wonder how attractive it'll look with this ever growing bump!

Umlellala - NO, thats a great idea! He's always wanting pics - in a non sleezy creep kind of way haha, and the ones you described sound really classy plus I get to take them and can delete the ones I hate That idea is well and truely stolen!

your dh sounds exactly like mine - unless its a high cost, high function techy gadget he's not really excited - he is now after a storm too - but i've read him this (on our new mini laptop) and he reckons you should definately get him an itouch

Umlellala · 06/12/2008 21:04

Well, thank you, I am well chuffed too cos that's what I am gonna do too! I once sent dh a pic on my phone of my shoulder and bra-strap but it didn't arrive til following day so dh thought I had taken it at work (we are both teachers ). Wonder what your pressie is? Dh wants to get me the Bugaboo Bee I am coveting but we really can't afford it. And a pushchair for xmas?!!

debbiewebweb · 06/12/2008 21:06

x-posted - he now reckons you should definately give him the photo's .... and the itouch of course

yesihavnamechangedd · 06/12/2008 21:08

this

SheWillBeLoved · 06/12/2008 21:08

Debbie - I think i'm gonna go with the iTouch and a few other little bits for him, just abit worried as he's never really shown an interest in them - but if not then it's a new toy for me

Umlellala - No idea what my pressie is, apparently it's 'one of a kind' and he was so excited about it when he found it that he phoned his mum and screamed like a little girl his words!
