erm, that's it!

Seen a few but none that I look at and love. Want something that can be brought out year after year.

Help please!

No not fussy-the problem I have is that I like all the really expensive ones

We have an advent calendar tree with drawers under and I was thinking about getting the nativity one just to remind myself the dc what Christmas is really about!

Got a hand carved set from Oxfam last year - not too cheap - about £20 or there abouts - at least they'll last a while.

ok I have come back to let you know which one I went for. I have just ordered the John Lewis one. I do really love it and was only slightly put off by the fact I have seen it in loads of places, but by the same token I have actually seen that one for real and think it will stand the test of time. Also JL have free delivery at the moment, so it was literally £25 whereas the other ones I liked there was the off putting postage. And I like that DS can play with this as a toy, and not just an ornament. There, decision made, thank you for all your ideas and links!
