It's Booths day!

For those of us lucky enough to live near a Booths, today is the day we can place our order for collection!

My order is in, but we will go later to collect our book, which I will then peruse at my leisure and amend my order after having had a good read through. This is the start of Christmas proper in the Fluffy house.

Oooh good! I’m going to Poulton le Fylde tomorrow so I’m going to pop in and pick up the book, might get a few treats while I’m in there too!

They don't have a massive range but it's not bad and also I like to support Booths as a business.

I went at 7.30 whilst on my morning walk and I was too early! But what a shame the pepper we needed for tea had gone soft so DP had to go and grab one after work along with my book! Not had chance to look through it yet but we will be down there for the tasting event on Saturday

Love Booths and used to use the one in Media City. Gutted when it closed and confused as to why, it was always busy.

This thread made me smile! I moved out of the UK years ago but we visit my parents every year at Christmas, and Booths shopping is definitely a must do.
I also proudly tout my Booths tote bag ("Much Ado About Stuffing") everywhere in the (southern European) country I live in, despite the fact that no-one will have a clue what it's supposed to mean.

I really miss the Burscough Booths ….. always went to Taylors Farm Shop on the same shopping trip …..
Now a very long way away but fond memories ( especially of the hot food counters )
