Does anyone else love a picture calendar?

As an 80s child I am so excited about this.. I have just ordered this year's advent calendar. Brambly hedge!

These are a little different (and much less traditional so may not everyone's cup of tea) but if you have someone with a particular affinity to one of the available cities, they might be appreciated. I lile the Brighton one, having spent considerable time there. I think they become more Christmassy as the windows are opened!

Same. I had those posters. I still have the four seasons books which I kept for dd. Looking at the pictures is funny as it’s so familiar.

We went to Munich for the weekend last December. One Departmemt store had half a big floor just selling beautiful picture calendars, it was like being back in the 80s! Would definitely recommend a trip there to get your calendars ( seeing as we are all Christmas crazy here)!

Yes, I e always had one. I didn’t really open a chocolate one until I was a teacher and I was aghast as how rubbish it was. I had to fake excitement and enthusiasm.

Yes! Also an 80s child. I get myself one every year. I find a Christmassy picture much more exciting than a tiny piece of bland chocolate.
