That’s a great freezer find! Mince pies never make it as far as the freezer here. I’m quite jealous and pleased to hear that the first one has been enjoyed!

Reminds me of the year I made the boozy Christmas cake in October and got the cake tin out of the cupboard to find that half of the previous year's cake was still in there, it had so much alcohol that it had only improved !
