M&S 50% off sale has started for everyone now.

I wrote too soon. The 50% off M&S sale is a work in progress and will probably be OK by morning.

At the moment, on the app or in my browser, it’s advertised on the main page but when I click on the links (eg the one which says “women’s sale) it takes me either to a page with grey squares and no text, or to the brands sale which has been running for a while and doesn’t include the M&S own brands.

Or I get asked if I want to change country. 😉
