ARGH! My tree has fallen over

Was convinced by my teen DCs that we should get a bigger tree than I had planned - it's a 7ft but is big and wide and really bloody heavy! Anyway me and DS managed to wrangle it into the stand, which promptly broke. I've ordered a fancy Grinner tree stand to collect tomorrow but at the moment it's sort of wedged against the wall and is a bit bent! Do i need to try and get it more upright? worried that where it's bent will mean it's crooked when we finally get it upright

In my experience a good stand makes all the difference, you should be fine, is the bottom sawed flat?

Yes, they sawed the bottom for us when we bought it. I'm firstly worried about whether it will look permanently bent when I move it (currrently wedged against the wall), secondly I'm worried about getting it up and out of the broken stand and into the new one - but I'll cross that bridge. DS was excited and cut the netting off, we filled the stand with water then it tilted and sort of freed itself from the 3 point screw things in the stand, then when I tried to put it right 2 crews broke. It was obviously on it's last legs!
Feel annoyed because we rushed, didn't think about it and bough a too big/heavy tree for us to manage. Hopefully it's not too crooked tomorrow!!!

For many, many years we have wired the top of ours (using green garden wire) to the nearest wall
