Do you use foil trays to save washing up? Beware Asda prices!

I know they are not very environmentally friendly but the flip side is that you save hot water and time. The other week in my local Asda I could buy 4 foil trays for £1.49 in the home section but downstairs the same trays were £2.38 for 2 (just because they had a Christmas label and were next to the turkeys). I get the impression that Asda wants to offer the best prices but this feels like a scam in plain sight. Does anyone have an email for customer services?

Thanks all. I was only posting to find the email address. However, I use one tray maybe once a week maximum but will be looking to change my habits having read your posts. I don’t shop at Asda and only popped in to kill some time. I agree with the comment about putting a snowman on it and putting the price up. Guess I will just have to “let it go”😆

Just for Xmas day, yes.

Good thinking OP.

Aluminium is a finite resource and 50 of these trays is a lot! Give yourself an extra mince pie For changing your habits!

(I have learned something from this thread about making the clean up easier with baking paper!)

No, I use reusable roasting tins to save the planet, ditto using washable cloths instead of kitchen roll

Yes but I'm in Australia so buy from costco and here you can recycle them just paper towel any grease and pop it in the recycle bin.
I don't actually own any baking tins or roasting tins I must admit I'm not much of a cook but never thought to have baking/roast pots and pans.
But it's the same here anything with Christmas it's goes up a couple of dollars.
