... looking for idea. I am really struggling. DDs are 15 and 18 and I have no idea. I hate buying gifts just for it's sake. Oldest isn't into clothes/makeup etc. Doesn't read (learning difficulties). she likes the outdoors but has everything she needs. The younger one is into make up, clothes and books but she has a pile of books she hasn't read yet, she only wears charity shop clothes which she sources with great care (I really could get clothes for her). She has tons of make up and I really don't wanna add it the pile.

Any ideas?

How about adopting an animal, like an elephant/rhino calf, horse/pony in a sanctuary, etc. Costs between £10 and £50 for a year, there are options all around the world. If it's in the UK you might get regular photos and updates in the post, and be able to visit them. I do this for several people.

I got my girls a falconry experience last year for exactly this reason. Neither of them are into science or nature or anything, but that’s what they chose and they absolutely loved it! We did it back in the summer, and they’re still talking about it! They got to handle owls, a hawk and an eagle! What about something a bit different like that, or something like a gym membership so it’s an ongoing gift?

Does the eldest have binoculars? I bought DN some one year, along with a book (mostly pictures to identify different species) about UK birds.

Telescope?

Metal detector?

Younger one, hair care stuff?

Both, tickets to a show?
