Anyone dared to weigh themselves today?

5lbs on overnight apparently for me 🙈

I did as I weigh every Friday morning. Only put on 0.5lb so quite pleased with that 😊

I never weigh myself, I go off my clothes....if they feel a bit tight, I will cut down on chocolate for a few days.
Life's too short to obsess about weight, and if you are weighing yourself a day or so after Christmas, that smacks of obsession to me.
