Anyone relying on Morrisons today?

Morrisons are having technical issues today so more card offers not going through increasing at till prices. My click and collect is on hold until they get it sorted. Seeing some pissed off customers on social media.
I know it’s not their fault but man what a day for it to happen can’t go anywhere until I can go and get my shopping.
DD works at our local one and was complaining she was on late tonight think she is very grateful now. There will be lots of angry customers today.

What time was it due to be collected? Mine was 4 hours late in the end.
I found 3 items in my shop that weren’t mine and handed them back one being a duck crown. Think the poor guy thought I was having a go at him but I was saying this is my shopping this duck is not mine I’m giving it back to you. Dh is disappointed I never kept it 😂14 year old dd will be gutted.

They were also handing out bottles of champagne to the click and collect customers as an apology.

Has anyone received theirs? Still no update. (Via customer services or in store) nobody knows what’s happening and highly doubtful I’m going to get my Christmas food order.

I have now had my points added, but a little miffed that others got a 10% reduction. That would have been £17. Instead I got about £4 of points!

I received mine. I went down to the store and when I heard them tell folk it was two hours delayed and to go back home I called their BS. Asked to speak to a manager and eventually it came out … 5 hours late.

We got ours about 3 hours late but no champagne. However a very nice worker helper DD find the car after going to the loo, and then brought our delivery straight out. I think some people were arriving but not checking in, and some were checking in without arriving.

Still having a nightmare with this....
Having heard not a peep since the original email I decided to go and get what I needed from somewhere else this morning.
Obviously they have now sent an email to say it will be ready - minus mince pies, cream, Christmas pudding and a few other things and with lots of substitutions!
I cannot speak to anyone in store - they have a recorded message. Same with customer services.
Don't know what to do!?
I don't want any of it now but if I don't go and pick it up will I be charged a missed collection fee?
It's just so frustrating- I wish they had cancelled it yesterday. The lack of communication and help has been appalling.

I think you can usually reject any items so you could just reject the lot?
